Abstract
Description
本出願は2016年10月05日付けの韓国特許出願第10−2016−0128492号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
Claims (11)
- バッテリー保護システムであって、
バッテリーと連結されて回路上の導通状態を制御するスイッチ部、
前記バッテリーの状態情報を各々取得する第1状態取得部及び第2状態取得部、並びに、
前記第1状態取得部が取得した状態情報及び第2状態取得部が取得した状態情報のうち一つ以上を取り集め、前記取り集められた状態情報と既に設定された基準状態情報を通じて前記スイッチ部の開閉状態を制御するスイッチ制御信号を前記スイッチ部に出力する制御部を備えてなり、
前記第2状態取得部は、前記取得された状態情報と前記基準状態情報を通じて前記バッテリーの状態を診断し、前記診断されたバッテリーの状態に異常があると判断される場合に前記制御部に診断結果信号を出力することを特徴とする、バッテリー保護システム。 - 前記スイッチ部と連結されて前記スイッチ部の開閉状態を遷移させるスイッチ駆動部を更に備えてなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー保護システム。
- 前記第2状態取得部は、前記診断結果信号を前記スイッチ駆動部にさらに出力し、
前記スイッチ駆動部は、前記制御部から出力されたスイッチ制御信号及び前記第2状態取得部から出力された前記診断結果信号のうち一つ以上を受信する場合に前記スイッチ部の開閉状態を遷移させることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリー保護システム。 - 前記第2状態取得部は、前記第1状態取得部及び前記制御部の節電モード(Sleep Mode)の変更有無に関係なく前記バッテリーの状態を常時に取得することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー保護システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記節電モード状態で前記第2状態取得部から前記診断結果信号を受信する場合に前記節電モードを解除することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリー保護システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記第2状態取得部の誤作動を診断するための診断要請信号を出力し、前記第2状態取得部は、前記診断要請信号の応答として前記バッテリーの取得された状態情報を前記制御部に出力し、
前記制御部は、前記出力された状態情報に基づいて、前記第2状態取得部の誤作動有無を自己診断することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー保護システム。 - 前記バッテリーから前記回路上に印加される過電流を遮断するヒューズ、
前記スイッチ部と隣接して位置し、前記スイッチ部の温度に応じて遮断される温度ヒューズ部、及び
前記ヒューズを制御するヒューズ制御部を更に備えてなり、
前記ヒューズ制御部は、前記温度ヒューズ部が遮断されることによって出力される信号に基づいて前記ヒューズを遮断させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー保護システム。 - 第1状態取得部がバッテリーの状態情報を取得するステップ、
第2状態取得部がバッテリーの状態情報を取得するステップ、
前記第1及び2状態取得部から取得された前記状態情報を制御部に提供するステップ、
前記制御部が、前記第1及び2状態取得部が取得した状態情報のうち一つ以上を取り集めるステップ、並びに
前記制御部が、前記取り集められた状態情報と既に設定された基準状態情報を通じてスイッチ部の開閉状態を制御するスイッチ制御信号を出力するステップを含んでなり、
前記取得された前記状態情報を制御部に提供するステップは、
前記第2状態取得部が前記取得された状態情報と前記基準状態情報を通じて前記バッテリーの状態を診断するステップ、並びに
前記第2状態取得部から前記診断されたバッテリーの状態に異常があると判断される場合に前記制御部に診断結果信号を出力するステップを含んでなることを特徴とする、バッテリー保護方法。 - スイッチ駆動部が前記スイッチ部の開閉状態を遷移させるステップを更に含んでなり、
前記開閉状態を遷移させるステップは、
前記第2状態取得部から前記診断結果信号を受信するステップ、
前記制御部から前記スイッチ制御信号を受信するステップ、並びに
前記制御部から出力されたスイッチ制御信号及び前記第2状態取得部から出力された前記診断結果信号のうち一つ以上を受信する場合に前記スイッチ部の開閉状態を遷移させるステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリー保護方法。 - 前記制御部が節電モード状態で前記第2状態取得部から前記診断結果信号を受信する場合に前記節電モードを解除するステップを更に含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリー保護方法。
- 前記制御部が前記第2状態取得部の誤作動を診断するための診断要請信号を出力するステップ、
前記第2状態取得部が前記診断要請信号の応答として前記バッテリーの取得された状態情報を前記制御部に出力するステップ、並びに
前記制御部が前記出力された状態情報に基づいて前記第2状態取得部の誤作動有無を自己診断するステップを更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリー保護方法。
