Abstract
Description
(a)水性連続相と、
(b)(i)フッ素化末端アルケンモノマーと(ii)ビニルアミン、置換ビニルアミン、アリルアミン、置換アリルアミン及びこれらの組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つを含む三級アミン含有フッ素化モノマーの共重合単位(interpolymerized units)を含む複数のフッ素化ポリマー粒子と、

各Rf基は、(i)1〜8個の炭素原子を含み、少なくとも1つの連結されたO若しくはN元素を任意に含む、直鎖若しくは分枝鎖の全フッ素化アルキル基から独立に選択され、又は(ii)一緒に結合して、4〜8個の炭素原子を含み、少なくとも1つの連結されたO若しくはN原子を任意に含む環構造を形成する)のものである、実施形態1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の水分散液。

Claims (13)
- (a)水性連続相と、
(b)(i)フッ素化末端アルケンモノマーと(ii)ビニルアミン、置換ビニルアミン、アリルアミン、置換アリルアミン及びこれらの組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つを含む三級アミン含有フッ素化モノマーの共重合単位を含む複数のフッ素化ポリマー粒子と、
を含むフッ素化ポリマーを含む、水分散液。 - 炭化水素界面活性剤を少なくとも2重量%かつ最大で10重量%含む、請求項1に記載の水分散液。
- (i)フッ素化末端アルケンモノマーと(ii)ビニルアミン、置換ビニルアミン、アリルアミン、置換アリルアミン及びこれらの組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つを含む三級アミン含有フッ素化モノマーの共重合単位を含むポリマーであって、前記ポリマーが非結晶であるか、又は325℃以下の融点を有する半結晶である、ポリマー。
- 請求項9に記載のポリマーを含む、物品。
- 請求項9に記載のポリマーを含む、コーティング組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の水性分散液を基材上に接触させることを含む、基材のコーティング方法。
- 水性連続相において、(i)フッ素化末端アルケンモノマーと(ii)ビニルアミン、置換ビニルアミン、アリルアミン、置換アリルアミン及びこれらの組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つを含む三級アミン含有フッ素化モノマーとを重合すること
を含む、フルオロポリマーの製造方法。
