Claims (23)
- 医療装置の清浄度に関する流体特性を監視するためのシステムであって、前記装置は、
洗浄流体の洗浄前パラメータおよび前記洗浄流体の洗浄後パラメータを測定する少なくとも1つのセンサと、
前記少なくとも1つのセンサに連結され、かつ、前記医療装置を受容し、前記洗浄流体を使用して前記医療装置を洗浄するよう構成された洗浄チャンバと、
前記少なくとも1つのセンサに連結され、かつ、
前記洗浄前パラメータと前記洗浄後パラメータとの間の比較に基づいて前記医療装置の清浄度を判定することと、
前記医療装置の前記清浄度をディスプレイ装置に出力することと
を、実行するよう構成された処理装置と
を含む、システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのセンサは、前記洗浄流体の洗浄前パラメータおよび洗浄後パラメータを測定するとき、前記少なくとも1つのセンサは、前記洗浄流体の全溶解固形物の量、全溶解酸素の量、全有機炭素の量、蛍光剤の量、活性炭素の量、pH、およびコンダクタンスのうちの少なくとも1つを測定する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記処理装置は、前記医療装置の前記清浄度が清浄度閾値を越えるかを判定するようさらに構成されている、請求項1および請求項2のうちのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記処理装置は、前記医療装置が損傷されているかを判定するようさらに構成されている、請求項1〜請求項3のうちのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記洗浄流体は、前記少なくとも1つのセンサが前記洗浄前パラメータを測定する前に、逆浸透を使用して浄化される、請求項1〜請求項4のうちのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサが前記洗浄前パラメータおよび前記洗浄後パラメータを測定するとき前記洗浄流体は攪拌される、請求項1〜請求項5のうちのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記洗浄流体が処理され、前記処理は、前記医療装置上の汚染物質または汚物と反応する1つまたは複数の化学組成物を前記洗浄流体に添加することを含む、請求項1〜請求項6のうちのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記医療装置は内視鏡である、請求項1〜請求項7のうちのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサは、前記洗浄流体が前記医療装置を洗滌するときの前記洗浄流体の圧力、および、前記洗浄流体が前記医療装置を洗滌するときの前記医療装置を通る前記洗浄流体の流量のうちの少なくとも1つも測定する、請求項1〜請求項8のうちのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 医療装置の清浄度に関する流体特性を監視するための方法であって、
医療装置の洗浄に使用された洗浄流体の洗浄前パラメータを測定することと、
前記医療装置を前記洗浄流体で洗滌することと、
前記洗浄流体の洗浄後パラメータを測定することと、
前記測定された洗浄前パラメータと前記測定された洗浄後パラメータとの比較に基づいて前記医療装置の清浄度を判定することと、
前記清浄度パラメータをディスプレイ装置に出力することと
を含む、方法。 - 前記洗浄流体の洗浄前パラメータおよび洗浄後パラメータを測定することは、前記洗浄流体の全溶解固形物の量、全溶解酸素の量、全有機炭素の量、蛍光剤の量、活性炭素の量、pH、およびコンダクタンスのうちの少なくとも1つを測定することを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記医療装置の前記清浄度が清浄度閾値を越えるかを判定することをさらに含む、請求項10および請求項11のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記医療装置が損傷されているかを判定することをさらに含む、請求項10〜請求項12のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄流体の洗浄前パラメータを測定する前に逆浸透を使用して前記洗浄流体を浄化することをさらに含む、請求項10〜請求項13のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄前パラメータおよび前記洗浄後パラメータを測定するときに前記洗浄流体を攪拌することをさらに含む、請求項10〜請求項14のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄流体を処理することをさらに含み、前記洗浄流体を処理することは、前記医療装置上の汚染物質または汚物と反応する1つまたは複数の化学組成物を前記洗浄流体に添加することを含む、請求項10〜請求項15のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記医療装置は内視鏡である、請求項10〜請求項16のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記医療装置を洗滌するとき、前記洗浄流体の圧力および前記医療装置を通る前記洗浄流体の流量のうちの少なくとも1つを測定することをさらに含む、請求項10〜請求項17のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 装置であって、
医療装置を洗浄するための洗浄チャンバと、
前記洗浄チャンバに連結され、かつ、前記医療装置の洗浄に使用された洗浄流体の洗浄後パラメータを測定する、少なくとも1つのセンサと、
前記少なくとも1つのセンサに連結され、かつ、前記洗浄流体の前記洗浄後パラメータと前記洗浄流体の基準パラメータとの間の比較に基づいて前記医療装置の清浄度を判定するよう構成された処理装置と
を含む、装置。 - 前記洗浄後パラメータは、前記洗浄流体中の全溶解固形物の量、前記洗浄流体中の全溶解酸素の量、前記洗浄流体中の全有機炭素の量、蛍光剤の量、活性炭素の量、前記洗浄流体のpH、および、前記洗浄流体のコンダクタンスのうちの少なくとも1つに基づく、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記医療装置は内視鏡である、請求項19および請求項20のうちのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記処理装置は、前記医療装置の前記清浄度が閾値を越えるかを判定するようさらに構成されている、請求項19〜請求項21のうちのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記処理装置は、前記医療装置が損傷されているかを判定するようさらに構成されている、請求項19〜請求項22のうちのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
