Claims (7)
- 絶縁性のハウジングと、
接続相手と接続する前方接続部と、電線の信号線に接続すると共に前記信号線に接続した状態で前記前方接続部よりも小径の後方接続部と、を備え、前記ハウジングに収容される導電性を有する端子部材と、
前記後方接続部の外周面の周囲に設けられ、弾性力により前記ハウジングに係止されると共に前記後方接続部に弾性接触する導電性を有する接続部材と、
を有することを特徴とする電気コネクタ。 - 前記接続部材は、
前記外周面に弾性接触する弾性接続部と、前記外周面に対向して設けられると共に前記外周面から離れる方向に突出する突出部と、を備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記接続部材は、
内部に前記端子部材を収容可能なように前記内部を外部に開放する開放部を備え、
前記突出部は、
前記外周面のうちの前記開放部から外部に露出する露出面の反対面に当接する当接部を備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記後方接続部は、
前記信号線が圧着されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記ハウジングは、
前記接続部材を収容する収容部を備え、
前記接続部材は、
前記収容部に対する収容方向と反対方向に直線状に突出する押圧部を備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記接続部材は、
前記後方接続部の全体を収容すると共に前記後方接続部を左右から挟持することにより前記後方接続部に弾性接触する挟持片と、前記挟持片の先端から外方に折り返されて前記挟持片に対向すると共に前記ハウジングに係止される係止片と、を備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の電気コネクタ。 - 電線に接続する電気コネクタの製造方法であって、
接続相手と接続する前方接続部と後方接続部とを備える導電性を有する端子部材の前記後方接続部に前記電線の信号線を接続する工程と、
前記後方接続部に前記信号線を接続した前記端子部材を、絶縁性を有するハウジングに収容する工程と、
弾性変形可能な導電性を有する接続部材を、前記ハウジングに収容された前記端子部材の前記後方接続部に弾性接触させると共に前記ハウジングに係止させて、前記前方接続部よりも小径の前記後方接続部の外周面の周囲に前記接続部材を設ける工程と、
を有することを特徴とする電気コネクタの製造方法。
