Claims (8)
- 造形領域を覆うチャンバと、
前記造形領域に対して所望の三次元造形物を所定高さで分割してなる複数の分割層毎に形成された材料粉体層の所定の照射領域にレーザ光を照射して焼結層を形成するレーザ照射装置と、
前記チャンバに不活性ガスを供給する不活性ガス供給装置と、
前記チャンバから排出された前記不活性ガスからヒュームを除去する集塵装置を含み、前記ヒュームを除去した前記不活性ガスを前記チャンバに返送するヒュームコレクタと、を備える、積層造形装置であって、
前記不活性ガスを前記積層造形装置外に排気する排気装置を備え、
前記排気装置は、
前記不活性ガスが送出される吸気口と、
前記不活性ガスの排気量を調整する排気量調整手段と、
前記チャンバ内の気圧が可能な限り外気圧を超えないように前記不活性ガスの排気を行うよう前記排気量調整手段を制御する制御装置と、
前記ヒュームが除去された前記不活性ガスを排出する排気口と、を含み、
前記吸気口は前記チャンバと接続され、前記排気口は前記チャンバから排出された前記不活性ガスから前記ヒュームを除去した上で排気する、または、
前記吸気口は前記集塵装置から前記チャンバへ前記不活性ガスが返送される下流側に接続され、前記排気口は少なくとも前記集塵装置によって前記ヒュームが除去された前記不活性ガスを排気する、積層造形装置。 - 前記チャンバ内の酸素濃度を測定する酸素濃度計をさらに備え、
前記排気装置は、前記酸素濃度が所定値以下のときに前記不活性ガスの排気を行う、請求項1に記載の積層造形装置。 - 前記チャンバ内の気圧を測定する内気圧測定計をさらに備え、
前記排気装置は、前記内気圧測定計の測定値と前記外気圧の値との差が所定範囲に収まるよう前記不活性ガスの排気を行う、請求項1に記載の積層造形装置。 - 前記積層造形装置外の気圧を測定する外気圧測定計をさらに備え、
前記排気装置は、前記内気圧測定計の測定値と前記外気圧測定計の測定値との差が所定範囲に収まるよう前記不活性ガスの排気を行う、請求項3に記載の積層造形装置。 - 前記排気量調整手段は、前記不活性ガスの排出を制限する弁体を有する、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記弁体は、前記不活性ガスの排気量を調整する調整弁と、前記不活性ガスの流路を開閉する開閉弁と、を有する、請求項5に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記排気量調整手段は、排気方向の気流を形成する送風装置を有する、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記排気装置は、前記ヒュームを除去するフィルタ部を含む、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の積層造形装置。
