Claims (5)
- 隣接する略円筒状のシェルを互いに揺動可能に連設するとともに該シェルの内部において該シェル同士が分離しないように保持する支持部材を備えたケーブル保護装置であって、
前記支持部材は、前記シェルに対応して配置されたアーム部材を前記シェルの中心軸に沿って延びる可撓性のある線状体で連結して形成されており、
前記アーム部材は前記線状体に連結された基体部と、一端部が前記基体部に連結され他端部が前記シェルの前記中心軸側の面に連結されて前記中心軸の周りに互いに等角度をなすように配置され径方向外側に向かって延びる複数のアーム部と、を有しているケーブル保護装置。 - 請求項1において、前記アーム部材は、硬質な樹脂により形成された骨格と、該骨格の表面の少なくとも一部を可撓性のある前記線状体と同じ軟質の樹脂で被覆する被覆部と、を備え、該被覆部と前記線状体とが一体に形成されているケーブル保護装置。
- 請求項1又は請求項2において、前記シェルは、円筒の軸方向に並んで内周面が仮想球体の周面の一部である外殻部分と、外周面が仮想球体の周面の一部である内殻部分とを有し、
隣接するシェルは一方の内殻部分に他方の外殻部分が重なった状態で、一方の内殻部分の仮想球体の中心と他方の外殻部分の仮想球体の中心とは一致して仮想球体中心をなし、該仮想球体中心を前記線状体における前記中心軸に含むように前記線状体が配設されているケーブル保護装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項において、前記アーム部の前記他端部には係止部が設けられ、該係止部が前記シェルの前記中心軸側の面に前記係止部に対応して設けられた被係止部に対して係止されることで前記支持部材と前記シェルとが連結されているケーブル保護装置。
- 請求項4において、前記シェルは、少なくとも1つの外周面側から内部にケーブルを出し入れできる周方向において分割された開閉部分を備え、該開閉部分の周方向の一端には前記被係止部が設けられ、前記開閉部分の周方向の他端は前記開閉部分以外の前記シェルの部分に対して前記中心軸と平行に延びるヒンジ軸によって開閉可能に連結されているケーブル保護装置。
