Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- ランダムオービタルマシンのための調整可能なストローク機構であって、
空洞を取り囲む壁と中心軸線とを有するハウジングと、
前記空洞の内部に移動可能に配設された少なくとも1つの釣合い重りと、
前記空洞の内部に配設された装着アセンブリであって、ワーク取り付け機構を含む装着アセンブリと、
前記少なくとも1つの釣合い重りを前記装着アセンブリに結合するストローク調整装置であって、前記釣合い重りと前記装着アセンブリとの間の距離が可変に調整されるように、ひいては前記ハウジングの前記中心軸線に対して前記ワーク取り付け機構のストローク半径が可変に調整されるように、前記ストローク調整装置は前記釣合い重りおよび装着アセンブリを互いに対して移動させることができる、ストローク調整装置と、
を備えた調整可能なストローク機構。 - 前記ストローク調整装置は調整リングとカム機構とを含み、前記調整リングは前記ハウジングの前記壁を取り囲み、前記調整リングは前記中心軸線に沿って軸線方向に移動可能であり、且つ前記中心軸線を中心に回転可能である、請求項1に記載の調整可能なストローク機構。
- カムの移動に応じて前記釣合い重りを移動させるために、前記釣合い重りは前記カム機構に係合する、請求項2に記載の調整可能なストローク機構。
- 前記装着アセンブリは軸受けキャリッジを含み、カムの移動に応じて前記装着アセンブリを移動させるために前記軸受けキャリッジは前記カム機構に係合する、請求項2に記載の調整可能なストローク機構。
- 前記ワーク取り付け機構はスピンドルを更に備え、前記スピンドルは前記ハウジングを貫通し、軸受けキャリッジを貫通し、前記釣合い重りの中まで延在する、請求項1に記載の調整可能なストローク機構。
- 前記スピンドルを取り囲む少なくとも1つの軸受けを更に備え、前記少なくとも1つの軸受けは前記軸受けキャリッジのオリフィス内に配設される、請求項5に記載の調整可能なストローク機構。
- 前記ワーク取り付け機構をロックするために前記カム機構に対応付けられたロッキングプレート機構を更に備える、請求項2に記載の調整可能なストローク機構。
- 前記カム機構は少なくとも1つのタブを更に備え、前記タブは、前記ストローク調整装置をロックするためのハブのスロットに係合する、請求項7に記載の調整可能なストローク機構。
- ランダムオービタルマシンのストロークの調整方法であって、
調整可能なストローク機構をランダムオービタルマシンに結合するステップであって、前記調整可能なストローク機構は、
空洞を取り囲む壁と中心軸線とを有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内部に移動可能に配設された少なくとも1つの釣合い重りと、
前記ハウジングの内部に配設されたバッキングプレート装着アセンブリであって、ワークへの取り付けのための機構を含むバッキングプレート装着アセンブリと、
前記少なくとも1つの釣合い重りを前記装着アセンブリに結合するストローク調整装置と、
を備える、ステップと、
前記ストローク調整装置を調整するステップと、
前記釣合い重りおよび前記装着アセンブリを互いに対して移動させるステップと、
前記釣合い重りと前記装着アセンブリとの間の距離を可変に調整するステップと、
前記ハウジングの前記中心軸線に対して前記ワークを取り付けるための前記機構のストローク半径を可変に調整するステップと、
を含む方法。
