Abstract
Description
まず、第1実施形態について説明する。図1は、第1実施形態の車両用制動装置の構成を示す部分断面説明図である。第1実施形態の車両用制動装置は、図1に示すように、ブレーキペダル1と、ブースタハウジング10と、液圧発生装置2と、倍力装置3と、ホイールシリンダ4と、液圧制御装置5と、ブレーキECU(Electronic Control Unit)6と、液圧源7と、電磁弁81と、リザーバ82と、ブレーキECU6と通信する各種センサ91〜93と、ハイブリッドECU9と、を備えている。
次に、第2実施形態について説明する。第1実施形態と同様の事項については、重複する説明を適宜省略する。なお、第2実施形態のブレーキECU6による制御内容について、適用場面は、上流機構で加圧を行うとき全般であり、停車時、走行時(緩踏み)、走行時(早踏み)のいずれでもよい。
Claims (4)
- マスタシリンダ内のブレーキ液の液圧を増減する上流機構と、前記上流機構に液圧回路を介して接続され、前記上流機構から出力された液圧を増減させてホイールシリンダに供給する下流機構と、を前記ホイールシリンダ内の液圧の目標値である目標ホイール圧に基づいて協調制御する制動制御装置であって、
前記液圧回路の液圧を検知する液圧センサにより検知された検知液圧が、上流目標液圧になるように前記上流機構をフィードバック制御する上流機構制御部と、
前記液圧センサによる検知液圧に基づいて液圧ハンチングが発生しているか否かを判定する判定部と、
前記判定部によって前記液圧ハンチングが発生していると判定されているとき、前記上流目標液圧と、前記目標ホイール圧と、に基づいて、前記下流機構を制御する制御部と、を有する制動制御装置。 - 前記判定部は、前記液圧センサによる検知液圧の増減が所定時間内に所定回数以上発生したときに、前記液圧ハンチングが発生していると判定する、請求項1に記載の制動制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記判定部によって前記液圧ハンチングが発生していないと判定されているとき、前記液圧センサによる検知液圧と、前記目標ホイール圧と、に基づいて、前記下流機構をフィードバック制御する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の制動制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記上流目標液圧に対する前記液圧センサによる検知液圧の応答遅れが所定の許容値以上である場合には、前記判定部によって前記液圧ハンチングが発生していると判定されているときであっても、前記液圧センサによる検知液圧と、前記目標ホイール圧と、に基づいて、前記下流機構をフィードバック制御する、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の制動制御装置。
