Claims (7)
- ヘッドホンまたはイヤホンに用いる動電型のスピーカーユニットを構成するフレームであって、
振動板の外周部を固定する略円環形状の振動板固定部と、磁気回路を固定する略円環形状の磁気回路固定部と、該振動板固定部と該磁気回路固定部とを連結して複数の開孔を規定する連結部と、該振動板固定部の外周側に突出するように設けられて端子を固定する端子固定部と、を有し、
隣り合う2つの該開孔を規定する該連結部の第1連結部および第2連結部および第3連結部が、中心点を通過する径方向線に対してそれぞれ傾くように該磁気回路固定部から該振動板固定部に至るまでそれぞれ延設され、かつ、周方向における該第1連結部と該第2連結部との間の第1離間距離ならびに該第2連結部と該第3連結部との間の第2離間距離が異なるように形成されて、少なくとも2つの該開孔の開孔面積が等しくないようにされている、
フレーム。 - 少なくとも、前記連結部の前記第1連結部および前記第2連結部および前記第3連結部の組が、前記中心点を中心にして回転対称に複数配置されている、
請求項1に記載のフレーム。 - 隣接する2つの前記組のうち、一方の該組の前記第3連結部と他方の該組の前記第1連結部とが、兼用されている、
請求項2に記載のフレーム。 - 少なくとも、前記連結部の前記第1連結部および前記第2連結部が、それぞれ前記磁気回路固定部から前記振動板固定部に至るにつれて湾曲して、それらの太さが漸次的に太く又は細く変化するように形成され、かつ、該第1連結部の太さと該第2連結部の太さとが異なるように形成されている、
請求項3に記載のフレーム。 - 前記フレームが、ポリフェニレンエーテル系樹脂と、ポリスチレン系樹脂と、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン− プロピレン共重合体からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのポリオレフィン系樹脂と、を含有する樹脂材料から形成されている、
請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のフレーム。 - 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の前記フレームと、前記振動板固定部に固定される前記振動板と、該振動板に連結されるボイスコイルと、前記端子固定部に固定されて該ボイスコイルのコイルが接続される前記端子と、該ボイスコイルの該コイルが配置される磁気空隙を有して前記磁気回路固定部に固定される前記磁気回路と、前記開孔を覆うように取り付けられる制動部材と、を備える、
スピーカーユニット。 - 請求項6に記載のスピーカーユニットを備えるヘッドホンまたはイヤホン。
