Claims (8)
- 燃料高圧ポンプ(10)であって、ハウジング(12)内に配置された圧力室(14)を有しており、該圧力室(14)は、一方の側において、前記圧力室(14)内において運動軸線(18)に沿って並進的に運動するピストン(16)におけるピストン面(20)によって画成され、前記圧力室(14)は、入口側において、前記圧力室(14)に燃料を供給する低圧供給部(22)に接続されていて、かつ出口側において、高圧接続部(24)に接続されており、該高圧接続部(24)は、前記ハウジング(12)と一緒に排出容積室(32)を画成しており、前記低圧供給部(22)内には、前記低圧供給部(22)の供給孔(28)が前記低圧供給部(22)の、前記圧力室(14)に直接液圧的に接続されている供給容積室(30)から切り離されるように、入口弁(26)が配置されており、前記排出容積室(32)内における超過圧力を排出制御する圧力制限弁(38)が、設けられており、該圧力制限弁(38)は、前記排出容積室(32)から前記ハウジング(12)内に延びる孔(36)内に配置されており、該孔(36)は、前記低圧供給部(22)の前記供給容積室(30)内に開口している、燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。
- 前記孔(36)は、貫通孔(42)として形成されており、該貫通孔(42)は、前記圧力制限弁(38)を収容する収容領域(44)と、前記供給容積室(30)への液圧接続部を形成する接続領域(46)とを有しており、該接続領域(46)は、前記収容領域(44)よりも小さな横断面を有している、請求項1記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。
- 前記圧力制限弁(38)は、戻しばね(48)を有しており、該戻しばね(48)は、その力方向に延びる長手方向軸線(52)を備えており、前記接続領域(46)は、前記戻しばね(48)の長手方向軸線(52)と同軸に配置されている、請求項2記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。
- 前記孔(36)の前記収容領域(44)は、前記戻しばね(48)の前記長手方向軸線(52)に対して垂直に前記孔(36)を画成する端壁(50)を有しており、該端壁(50)は、前記排出容積室(32)とは反対側に配置されており、前記戻しばね(48)は前記端壁(50)に支持されており、前記接続領域(46)は、前記端壁(50)内に配置されている、請求項2または3記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。
- 前記孔(36)は、該孔(36)を前記圧力室(14)に液圧接続するために、前記圧力室(14)に通じる接続貫通孔(62)を有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。
- 前記接続貫通孔(62)は、前記孔(36)の、前記戻しばね(48)の前記長手方向軸線(52)に対して平行に延びる側壁(64)に配置されている、請求項5記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。
- 前記高圧接続部(24)の高圧接続部長手方向軸線(54)は、前記ピストン(16)の前記運動軸線(18)に対してほぼ垂直に延びており、前記孔(36)の孔長手方向軸線(58)は、前記高圧接続部長手方向軸線(54)に対して、1°〜10°の角度、特に2°〜8°、好ましくは4°〜6°の角度で配置されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。
- 前記孔(36)の孔長手方向軸線(58)は、前記ピストン(16)の前記運動軸線(18)に対して、ほぼ95°〜105°の角度、特に98°〜102°の角度で配置されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。
