Abstract
【解決手段】エンジン装置1は、複数の吸気ポートに新気を導入させる複数の吸気流路36と複数の排気ポートから排気ガスを導出させる複数の排気流路37とが形成されるシリンダヘッド2を備える。複数の吸気流路36を集合する吸気マニホールド3が、シリンダヘッド2の左右一側部の一方に一体に形成されている。シリンダヘッド2の前側面にEGRクーラ27が連結されるとともに、シリンダヘッド2におけるEGRクーラ27との連結部位に、EGRクーラ27と連通するEGRガス流路31,32及び冷却水流路37,38が設けられている。

Description
させる下流側EGRガス中継流路32を設けている。また、EGRクーラ連結台座33に、EGRクーラ27から冷却水が排出される下流側冷却水流路38を設けている。一方、EGRクーラ連結台座34に、EGR装置24及びEGRクーラ27へ冷却水を供給する上流側冷却水流路39を設けている。
リードバルブ90前方を覆うことで、コレクタ25は、EGRガス流路86のEGRガス入口82側にリードバルブ90を内設する。
ため、EGRガス流路28fを流れるEGRガスの冷却効果を高めることとなる。その結果、EGR装置24で精製される混合ガスの冷却に寄与して、混合ガスによるNOx量低減効果を適正な状態に維持し易くなるという効果を奏する。
冷却水入口95の下側、EGRガス出口97の上側、及び、冷却水入口95及びEGRガス出口97間の右側それぞれに貫通穴100が設けられることで、シリンダヘッド2の連結台座34とボルト締結した場合に、冷却水入口95及びEGRガス出口97におけるシール性が確保される。
発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々変更が可能である。

Claims (6)
- 複数の吸気ポートに新気を導入させる複数の吸気流路と複数の排気ポートから排気ガスを導出させる複数の排気流路とが形成されるシリンダヘッドと、前記排気流路と連通する排気マニホールドと、前記排気マニホールドからの排気ガスの一部であるEGRガスを冷却するEGRクーラとを備えたエンジン装置であって、
複数の前記吸気流路を集合する吸気マニホールドが、前記シリンダヘッドの左右一側部の一方に一体に形成されており、
前記シリンダヘッドの前後一側面に前記EGRクーラが連結されるとともに、前記シリンダヘッドにおける前記EGRクーラとの連結部位に、前記EGRクーラと連通するEGRガス流路及び冷却水流路が設けられたことを特徴とするエンジン装置。 - 前記シリンダヘッドは、前記吸気マニホールドとの境界から前記排気マニホールドとの連結部分の領域を囲む外周壁が立設されており、当該外周壁の左右一側壁及び前後一側壁にL字形状の冷却水流路が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジン装置。
- 前記シリンダヘッドが、前記外周壁の左右一側壁及び前後両側壁に挿通される複数のボルトによって、シリンダブロック上方に締結固定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエンジン装置。
- 前記シリンダヘッドが、前後他側面側であって前記吸気マニホールド端部に隣接する位置に、前記外周壁に設けられた前記冷却水流路と連通する冷却水排水部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のエンジン装置。
- 前記EGRクーラと連結する連結台座が前記シリンダヘッドの前後一側面に左右一対で設けられるとともに、左右一対の前記連結台座それぞれが、EGRガス流路及び冷却水流路を上下に並べて穿設した構成を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジン装置。
- 前記連結台座の一方が、EGRガス流路を冷却水流路の上方に配置した構成となり、前記連結台座の他方が、EGRガス流路を冷却水流路の下方に配置した構成となる請求項5に記載のエンジン装置。
