Abstract
Description
トレッド部を、タイヤ幅方向中央部のセンター領域と、前記センター領域の両側のショルダー領域とに区画し、
前記センター領域に、タイヤ周方向に延びる複数の主溝によって形成されるリブを備え、
前記ショルダー領域に、車両前進時のタイヤ回転方向とは逆方向に向かってタイヤ幅方向外側に傾斜する複数の傾斜溝と、前記傾斜溝によって囲まれたショルダーブロックとを備えていることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤを提供する。
前記実施形態では、サイプ20に形成する波形部24を三角形を左右交互に突出させた1周期で構成したが、三角形に限らず、サイン波形、矩形等、種々の形状を採用することができる。また、1周期に限らず、0.5周期、1.5周期、2周期の波形とすることも可能である。波形部24を2周期以下の波形とすることで、深い部分の長さを制限し、剛性が低下し過ぎず、陸部に所望の剛性を維持させることができる。

Claims (4)
- トレッド部を、タイヤ幅方向中央部のセンター領域と、前記センター領域の両側のショルダー領域とに区画し、
前記センター領域に、タイヤ周方向に延びる複数の主溝によって形成されるリブを備え、
前記ショルダー領域に、車両前進時のタイヤ回転方向とは逆方向に向かってタイヤ幅方向外側に傾斜する複数の傾斜溝と、前記傾斜溝によって囲まれたショルダーブロックとを備えていることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記センター領域の主溝と、前記ショルダー領域の傾斜溝とは独立して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ショルダーブロックは、前記センター領域側からタイヤ回転方向とは逆方向に向かってタイヤ幅方向外側に傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ショルダーブロックを区画する傾斜溝のうち、タイヤ幅方向の最内側又は最外側の少なくともいずれか一方に位置する傾斜溝を他の傾斜溝よりも幅狭としたことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
