Description
− 上部円筒形成形部分21の移行部の非円筒形側壁200の上部端200a、及び
− 中心軸A′に垂直な面で測定すると下部成形部分20の横断面(dmax)が最も大きい凹状移行壁201の最外点。
(i)各分割線PL1,PL2とベースの中心Cの間の距離(H1;H2)が20mm以下である;
(ii)二つの分割線PL1,PL2の間の距離が40mm以下である;
及び/又は
(iii)二つの分割線PL1,PL2の間の距離Gが、分割線PL1,PL2の二つの最外点P1,P2の間で測定したベース101の横方向寸法DBの50%未満である。
Claims (23)
- ダブルブロー法から生じた耐熱性二軸延伸ブロー成形プラスチック容器であって、前記容器が、容器内で発生した真空力を収容するために移動可能なベース(101)を含み、それによって容器の容積を減少し、前記ベース(101)が、押し上げ部分(1011b)、及び間隙によって互いに分離されかつ押し上げ部分(1011b)の対向する側上に延びる第一及び第二分割線(PL1;PL2)を含み、
(i)各分割線(PL1;PL2)とベースの中心(C)の間の距離(H1;H2)が20mm以下であり;
(ii)二つの分割線(PL1;PL2)の間の距離(G)が40mm以下であり;及び/又は
(iii)二つの分割線(PL1;PL2)の間の距離(G)が、分割線(PL1;PL2)の二つの最外点(P1,P2)の間で測定したベース(101)の横方向寸法(DB)の50%未満である。 - 押し上げ部分(1011b)が中心であり、第一及び第二分割線(PL1;PL2)がベースの中心(C)と一直線に並ぶ、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 容器が、押し上げ部分(1011b)を包囲する閉曲線の第三分割線(PL3)を含んでおり、前記第一及び第二分割線(PL1;PL2)が、実質的に前記第三分割線(PL3)から開始している、請求項1又は2に記載の容器。
- 第三分割線(PL3)が実質的に円形である、請求項3に記載の容器。
- 第一分割線(PL1)とベースの中心(C)の間の距離(H1)が15mm以下、好ましくは12mm以下であり、第二分割線(PL2)とベースの中心(C)の間の距離(H2)が15mm以下、好ましくは12mm以下である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の容器。
- 第一及び第二分割線(PL1;PL2)の間の距離(G)が35mm以下、好ましくは25mm以下である、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の容器。
- 第一及び第二分割線(PL1;PL2)の間の距離(G)が、分割線(PL1;PL2)の二つの最外点(P1,P2)の間で測定したベース(101)の横方向寸法(DB)の40%以下、好ましくは30%以下である、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の容器。
- 第一及び第二分割線(PL1;PL2)の間の距離(G)が10mm以上である、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の容器。
- 移動可能なベース(101)が、前記押し上げ部分(1001b)を含む移動可能な壁(1011a)を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の容器。
- プレフォーム(P)が、ホモ又はコポリエステルを含む、好ましくはPETホモ又はコポリマーを含むプラスチック材料から作られる、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の容器。
- 以下の工程を含む、耐熱性プラスチック容器(1)をダブルブロー成形するための方法:
(a)一対の型半分体(2A,2B)とベース型(3)によって規定された型キャビティ(MC1)を含む第一ブロー型(M1)の型キャビティ(MC1)にプラスチックプレフォーム(P)を与える、但し型キャビティ(MC1)は、各型半分体(2A,2B)の底部によって形成された底部壁(202)を含み、前記ベース型(3)は、前記底部壁(202)を通って型キャビティ(MC1)の内側に突出する突出中心部分(30)を含む、
(b)型キャビティ(MC1)の内側のプレフォーム(P)を二軸延伸ブロー成形し、第一ブロー型(M1)の突出中心部分(30)によって成形された押し上げ部分(1011b)、及び押し上げ部分(1011b)の対向する側上に延びる、間隙によって互いに分離される、二つの型半分体(2A,2B)の接触面に形成された第一及び第二分割線(PL1;PL2)を含むベースを有する第一の二軸延伸容器(C1)を形成する、
(c)第一ブロー型(M1)の内側又は外側の第一の二軸延伸容器を加熱し、第一の二軸延伸容器(C1)を収縮させ、第二収縮容器(C2)を得る、
(d)第二ブロー型(M2)に前記第二収縮容器(C2)を与える、
(e)第二ブロー型(M2)の内側の第二収縮容器(C2)をブロー成形し、容器内で発生した真空力を収容して、それによって容器の容積を減少するために移動可能なベース(101)を含む最終の二軸延伸耐熱性容器(1)を形成する、但し、前記ベース(101)が、前記押し上げ部分(1011b)及び前記第一及び第二分割線(PL1;PL2)を含む移動可能な壁を含み、第二ブロー型(M2)の内側のベースの延伸が、以下のものを得るために十分に小さい:
(i)20mm以下の各分割線(PL1;PL2)とベースの中心(C)の距離(H1;H2)、及び/又は
(ii)40mm以下の二つの分割線(PL1;PL2)の間の距離(G)、及び/又は
(iii)分割線(PL1;PL2)の二つの最外点(P1,P2)の間で測定したベース(101)の横方向寸法(DB)の50%未満の二つの分割線(PL1;PL2)の間の距離(G)。 - 押し上げ部分(1011b)が中心であり、第一及び第二分割線(PL1;PL2)がベースの中心(C)と一直線に並ぶ、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 第一の二軸延伸容器(C1)が、ベース型(3)と二つの型半分体(2A;2B)の間の界面に形成された閉曲線の第三分割線(PL3)を含み、前記第一及び第二分割線(PL1;PL2)が実質的に前記第三分割線(PL3)から開始している、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- 第三分割線(PL3)が実質的に円形である、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記突出中心部分(30)の最大横方向寸法(D)及び第二ブロー型(M2)の内側のベースの延伸が、15mm以下、好ましくは12mm以下の各第一及び第二分割線(PL1;PL2)とベースの中心(C)の間の距離(H1;H2)を得るために十分に小さい、請求項11〜14のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記突出中心部分(30)の最大横方向寸法(D)と第二ブロー型(M2)の内側のベースの延伸が、35mm以下、好ましくは25mm以下の第一及び第二分割線(PL1;PL2)の間の距離(G)を得るために十分に小さい、請求項11〜15のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記突出中心部分(30)の最大横方向寸法(D)と第二ブロー型(M2)の内側のベースの延伸が、分割線(PL1;PL2)の二つの最外点(P1,P2)の間で測定したベース(101)の横方向寸法(DB)の40%以下、好ましくは30%以下の第一及び第二分割線(PL1;PL2)の間の距離(G)を得るために十分小さい、請求項11〜16のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記突出中心部分(30)の最大横方向寸法(D)が30mm以下である、請求項11〜17のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記突出中心部分(30)の最大横方向寸法(D)が28mm以下である、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記突出中心部分(30)の最大横方向寸法(D)が27mm以下、好ましくは25mm以下、より好ましくは20mm以下である、請求項18に記載の方法。
- プレフォーム(P)が、ホモ又はコポリエステルを含む、好ましくはPETホモ又はコポリマーを含むプラスチック材料から作られる、請求項11〜20のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第一ブロー型(M1)の型キャビティ(MC1)及び第二ブロー型(M2)の型キャビティ(MC2)が、プレフォームのプラスチック材料のTg以上の温度に加熱される、請求項11〜21のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第一型のベース型(3)が、対の型半分体(2A,2B)の加熱温度より低い温度に加熱される、請求項11〜22のいずれかに記載の方法。
