Abstract
Description
a.システム入口は、入口と初期混合ゾーンとを含み、この入口は、エンジンから排気ガスを受容するように構成されかつ混合ゾーンに流体連通しており、混合ゾーンは、還元剤または還元剤の前駆体を混合ゾーン内の排気ガスに導入するための複数の手段を含み、混合ゾーンは中心管に流体連通しており、混合ゾーンは、ガス流システムに熱連通している少なくとも1つの表面を含み;
b.中心管は、システム入口およびガス流システムに流体連通しており;
c.ガス流システムは、(i)ガス流デフレクタと、(ii)複数の通路と、(iii)出口コーン、およびこの出口コーンに流体連通している出口を含む出口ゾーンとを含み、ガス流デフレクタは、中心管と:
i.出口ゾーンに流体連通している複数の通路に流体連通している複数の触媒クラスタ;または
ii.出口ゾーンに流体連通している複数の触媒クラスタに流体連通している複数の通路
のいずれかと
に流体連通しており;
d.各触媒クラスタが、SCR触媒を含む。
Claims (13)
- システム入口と、中心管と、ガス流システムと、複数の触媒クラスタとを含む、選択的触媒還元(SCR)システムであって、
a.前記システム入口は、入口と初期混合ゾーンとを含み、前記入口は、エンジンから排気ガスを受容するように構成されかつ前記混合ゾーンに流体連通しており、前記混合ゾーンは、還元剤または還元剤前駆体を前記混合ゾーン内の排気ガスに導入するための複数の手段を含み、前記混合ゾーンは中心管に流体連通しており、前記混合ゾーンは、前記ガス流システムに熱連通している少なくとも1つの表面を含み、
b.前記中心管は、前記システム入口および前記ガス流システムに流体連通しており、
c.前記ガス流システムは、(i)ガス流デフレクタと、(ii)複数の通路と、(iii)出口コーン、および前記出口コーンに流体連通している出口を含む、出口ゾーンとを含み、前記ガス流デフレクタは、前記中心管と、
i.前記出口ゾーンに流体連通している複数の通路に流体連通している複数の触媒クラスタ、または
ii.前記出口ゾーンに流体連通している複数の触媒クラスタに流体連通している複数の通路
のいずれかとに流体連通しており、
d.各触媒クラスタが、SCR触媒を含む、
選択的触媒還元システム。 - 還元剤または還元剤前駆体を、前記混合ゾーン内の排気ガスに導入するための手段が、インジェクタまたはノズルである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記システム入口が、少なくとも1つのエアロゾル形成デバイスによって形成された液滴パターンの形状を制御するように構成された、少なくとも1つの追加のノズルをさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記SCR触媒が、モノリスまたは微粒子フィルタの形をとる、請求項1、2、または3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのSCR触媒が、前記モノリス内のガス流の正味の方向に、正方形、長方形、または円形の形状を有するモノリスまたは微粒子フィルタの形をとる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記触媒クラスタが、アンモニアスリップ触媒をさらに含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 微粒子フィルタまたは酸化触媒をさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 尿素またはアンモニア前駆体の導入を制御するための手段をさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 尿素またはアンモニア前駆体の導入を制御するための手段が、NOxセンサ、NH3センサ、および温度センサのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記デフレクタが、前記中心管から流入する排気ガス流を、複数の副流に分割するように構成される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- エンジンからの排気中に形成される酸化窒素の量を低減させる方法であって、前記エンジンからの排気ガスを、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のSCRシステム内に通すことを含む方法。
- 前記入口が、カバーと入口コーンとの間に壁をさらに含み、前記インジェクタが前記壁に位置付けられる、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 入口と、混合ゾーンと、出口と、還元剤または還元剤前駆体の水溶液を導入するための複数の手段とを含む、選択的触媒還元(SCR)システム入口であって、入口が、前記混合ゾーンに流体連通しており、前記混合ゾーンは、SCR触媒に至る混合管に流体連通しており、前記混合ゾーンは、カバー、壁、および入口コーンによって形成され、前記壁は、前記カバーと前記入口コーンとの間に位置付けられ、前記還元剤または還元剤前駆体の水溶液を導入するための複数の手段は、前記壁に位置付けられる、選択的触媒還元システム入口。
