Abstract
【解決手段】 エアレスタイヤ1のトレッドリング2は、トレッドゴム層22の半径内側に配される補強ゴム層7を、ブタジエンゴムの含有率が10〜100質量%であるゴム成分100質量部に対して、α、β−不飽和カルボン酸金属塩を10〜80重量部含有し、かつ過酸化物を含有するゴム組成物Aで形成している。補強ゴム層7と隣接ゴム10との間に、隣接ゴムの硫黄が補強ゴム層に移行するのを抑制するバリア層11を配した。

前記トレッドリングは、接地面を構成するトレッドゴム層と、このトレッドゴム層のタイヤ半径内側に配される補強ゴム層とを含み、
前記補強ゴム層は、ブタジエンゴムの含有率が10〜100質量%であるゴム成分100質量部に対して、α、β−不飽和カルボン酸金属塩を10〜80重量部含有し、かつ過酸化物を含有するゴム組成物Aからなり、
前記補強ゴム層に隣り合う隣接ゴムは、硫黄を加硫剤とした硫黄加硫のゴムからなるとともに、
前記補強ゴム層と隣接ゴムとの間に、ゴム系接着剤又は樹脂系接着剤からなり、かつ加硫時に前記隣接ゴムの硫黄の一部が前記補強ゴム層に移行するのを抑制するバリア層を配したことを特徴としている。
図1に示されるように、本実施形態のエアレスタイヤ1は、接地面21を有する円筒状のトレッドリング2と、トレッドリング2の半径方向内側に配されかつ車軸に固定されるハブ3と、トレッドリング2とハブ3とを連結するスポーク4とを具えている。本例では、エアレスタイヤ1が乗用車用タイヤとして形成される場合が示される。

・加硫接着剤(ロード・ファー・イースト社製の加硫接着剤:商品名ケムロック6225)
試供タイヤを、車両(小型EV:商品名COMS)の4輪に装着し、1名乗車にてドライアスファルト路面のタイヤテストコースを走行し、操縦安定性についてドライバーの官能評価により比較例1を100とする指数で評価した。数値の大きい方が良好である。
転がり抵抗試験機を用い、速度40km/h、荷重1kNの条件にて測定した転がり抵抗計数(転がり抵抗/荷重×104)を、比較例1を100とする指数で評価した。数値の小さい方が良好である。
ドラム耐久試験機を用い、速度60km/hr、荷重1kNの条件にてタイヤを走行させた。そして、トレッドリングに損傷が発生するまでの走行距離に基づき、比較例1を100とする指数で評価した。値の大きい方が良好である。

・カーボンブラック:三菱化学(株)製のダイヤブラックE(FEF)、
・メタクリル酸亜鉛(α、β−不飽和カルボン酸金属塩):三新化学工業(株)製のサンエステルSK−30、
・過酸化物:日本油脂(株)製のパークミルD(ジクミルパーオキサイド)
・酸化亜鉛:三井金属鉱業(株)製の酸化亜鉛2種、
・硫黄:軽井沢硫黄(株)製の粉末硫黄
・加硫促進剤:大内新興化学工業(株)製のノクセラーNS(N−tert−ブチル−2−ベンゾチアジルスルフェンアミド)

Claims (5)
- 接地面を有する円筒状のトレッドリングと、前記トレッドリングの半径方向内側に配されかつ車軸に固定されるハブと、前記トレッドリングと前記ハブとを連結するスポークとを具えたエアレスタイヤであって、
前記トレッドリングは、接地面を構成するトレッドゴム層と、このトレッドゴム層のタイヤ半径内側に配される補強ゴム層とを含み、
前記補強ゴム層は、ブタジエンゴムの含有率が10〜100質量%であるゴム成分100質量部に対して、α、β−不飽和カルボン酸金属塩を10〜80重量部含有し、かつ過酸化物を含有するゴム組成物Aからなり、
前記補強ゴム層に隣り合う隣接ゴムは、硫黄を加硫剤とした硫黄加硫のゴムからなるとともに、
前記補強ゴム層と隣接ゴムとの間に、ゴム系接着剤又は樹脂系接着剤からなり、かつ加硫時に前記隣接ゴムの硫黄の一部が前記補強ゴム層に移行するのを抑制するバリア層を配したことを特徴とするエアレスタイヤ。 - 前記バリア層は、加硫接着剤からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエアレスタイヤ。
- 前記バリア層は、厚さが1〜100μmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のエアレスタイヤ。
- 前記バリア層は、前記補強ゴム層と隣接ゴムとの間の境界面の全体に対し、90%以上の範囲に配されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のエアレスタイヤ。
- 前記トレッドリングは、タイヤ半径方向外側の外側補強コード層と、そのタイヤ半径方向内側に配される内側補強コード層とを有するとともに、前記外側補強コード層と内側補強コード層との間に、前記補強ゴム層が配されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のエアレスタイヤ。
