Claims (4)
- EGRガスが導入される入口側に位置する筒状の入口側キャップと、EGRガスが排出される出口側に位置する筒状の出口側キャップと、前記入口側キャップと前記出口側キャップとの間に位置してEGRガスを冷却する冷却部とを備えたEGRクーラ構造において、
前記入口側キャップ及び前記出口側キャップは、前記冷却部に向かって外径が拡径しており、
前記入口側キャップ及び前記出口側キャップの少なくとも一方に、可撓性を有する変形自在部を設けたことを特徴とするEGRクーラ構造。 - 前記変形自在部は、環状の凹部及び凸部が複数形成された蛇腹状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載にEGRクーラ構造。
- 前記入口側キャップ及び前記出口側キャップのうち、設置状態において上方側に位置するキャップに前記変形自在部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のEGRクーラ構造。
- 前記出口側キャップは、周壁の板厚が入口側キャップの周壁の板厚に比して薄いことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のEGRクーラ構造。
