Abstract
Description
本実施形態に係る電動車両の補充電制御装置10(以下、本実施形態に係る補充電制御装置10ともいう。)は、図1に示すように、電動車両12に適用される。
以上のように構成される本実施形態に係る補充電制御装置10の動作について、図2〜図5を参照しながら説明する。ここでは、電動車両12のシステム停止後に車両制御ECU20を起動させ、車両制御ECU20がコンタクタ26及びDC/DCコンバータ30を制御することにより、駆動用電池16からコンタクタ26及びDC/DCコンバータ30を介して補機用電池22に補充電を実施する場合について説明する。そのため、図2及び図3のフローチャートは、主として、車両制御ECU20の処理であることに留意する。また、この動作説明では、必要に応じて、図1を参照しながら説明する。

以上説明したように、本実施形態に係る補充電制御装置10によれば、電動車両12のシステム停止後(ステップS1:YES)、補機用電池22の電圧値(補機用電池電圧V)がどの程度低下したのかを示す電圧低下目論見値V0を求め(ステップS6)、電圧低下目論見値V0等を用いて補正係数kを算出し(ステップS12)、算出した補正係数kに基づき次回の補充電開始時間Tsを調整する(ステップS6)。このように、本実施形態では、補機用電池電圧Vの低下具合に応じて補充電開始時間Tsが調整される。

Claims (3)
- 電動車両の駆動源に電力を供給する駆動用電池と、前記電動車両の補機に電力を供給する補機用電池とを備え、前記駆動用電池から前記補機用電池への補充電を実施する電動車両の補充電制御装置において、
前記電動車両のシステム停止後、前記補機用電池の電圧値に基づいて、前記補機用電池に対する補充電の開始時間を設定する補充電開始時間設定部と、
前記補機用電池の電圧値に基づき、前記システム停止によって前記補機用電池の電圧値がどの程度低下するのかを示す電圧低下目論見値を求め、求めた電圧低下目論見値、前回の補充電モードの終了時における前記補機用電池の電圧値、及び、今回の補充電モードの開始時における前記補機用電池の電圧値を用いて、次回の補充電の開始時間を補正するための補正係数を算出する補正係数算出部と、
前記補充電の開始時間を経過すると、前記駆動用電池から前記補機用電池への補充電を一定時間実施する補充電実施部と、
前記補充電開始時間設定部が前記次回の補充電の開始時間を設定した際に、前記補正係数を用いて前記次回の補充電の開始時間を調整する補充電開始時間調整部と、
を備えることを特徴とする電動車両の補充電制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の電動車両の補充電制御装置において、
前記補正係数算出部は、
前回の補充電モードの終了時における前記補機用電池の電圧値と、今回の補充電モードの開始時における前記補機用電池の電圧値との第1差分を求め、
求めた前記第1差分と前記電圧低下目論見値との第2差分を求め、
求めた前記第2差分に基づいて、現在の補正係数を調整することにより、当該補正係数を更新することを特徴とする電動車両の補充電制御装置。 - 請求項2記載の電動車両の補充電制御装置において、
前記補正係数算出部は、前記システム停止による前記補機用電池の電圧値の低下分が前記電圧低下目論見値よりも大きい場合には、前記補正係数を現在の補正係数よりも小さな値に更新し、一方で、前記低下分が前記電圧低下目論見値よりも小さい場合には、前記補正係数を現在の補正係数よりも大きな値に更新し、
前記補充電開始時間調整部は、前記次回の補充電の開始時間に前記補正係数を乗ずることにより、前記次回の補充電の開始時間を調整することを特徴とする電動車両の補充電制御装置。
