Abstract
【解決手段】熱媒体と反応流体との熱交換を利用して反応流体の反応を進行させるための、熱媒体を流通させる熱媒体流路と、反応流体を流通させる反応流路とを内部に有する熱伝導性の熱交換体を有する反応装置であり、熱媒体と熱交換体との間の伝熱を促進するために熱媒体流路内に設けられて熱交換体に密接する伝熱促進体53を有し、伝熱促進体は、複数種類の部分伝熱促進体53aの集合体によって構成される。部分伝熱促進体の少なくとも1つを別種の部分伝熱促進体で置換することによって伝熱促進体の伝熱性能が局所的に変更され、これによって熱交換体内の温度分布の再調節が可能である。

- 熱媒体を流通させる熱媒体流路と、反応流体を流通させる反応流路とを内部に有し、前記熱媒体と前記反応流体とを熱交換する熱交換体と、
前記熱媒体と前記熱交換体との間の伝熱を促進するために、前記熱媒体流路内に設けられて前記熱交換体に密接する伝熱促進体であって、複数種類の部分伝熱促進体の集合体によって構成される前記伝熱促進体と
を有する反応装置。 - 前記複数種類の部分伝熱促進体は、種類によって互いに異なる伝熱性能を有する請求項1に記載の反応装置。
- 前記複数種類の部分伝熱促進体は、フィンを含む請求項1又は2に記載の反応装置。
- 前記複数種類の部分伝熱促進体は、各々、屈曲した板状部材によって構成される請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の反応装置。
- 前記複数種類の部分伝熱促進体は、各々、前記熱交換体と面接触するように屈曲したコルゲート板の形状を有する請求項4に記載の反応装置。
- 前記複数種類の部分伝熱促進体は、各々、実質的に直角に屈折するコルゲート板の形状を有する請求項4に記載の反応装置。
- 前記複数種類の部分伝熱促進体は、各々、引っかけ可能な小片、穴、切り欠き、ルーバー及びスリットのうちの少なくとも一つを有する請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の反応装置。
- 前記複数種類の部分伝熱促進体は、構成素材の熱伝導性及び前記熱媒体との接触面積のうちの少なくとも一方において互いに異なる請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の反応装置。
- 前記複数種類の部分伝熱促進体のコルゲート板の形状は、種類によってピッチ及び高さのうちの少なくとも一方において互いに異なる請求項5又は6に記載の反応装置。
- 更に、前記反応流路内に、前記反応流体の反応を促進する触媒体を有する請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の反応装置。
