Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a packaging container to be stacked.
In this type of stacking packaging containers, that is, containers stacked one above the other, it is required that the containers be easily separated when the uppermost or lowermost container is removed from the stacking state. For example, in the container described in
In order to alleviate such blocking, in the container described in
On the other hand, a configuration is provided in which a step is provided on the upper part of the side surface part so that the step part of the upper container abuts on the upper end surface of the side part of the lower container during stacking so that a gap is formed between the upper and lower containers. There is also. Providing a stepped portion in this way has the advantage that the height of the container is easy to stabilize and no biting occurs. On the other hand, if the step portion is provided at a constant height over the entire circumference, there is no air escape space between the containers during stacking. Therefore, as described in
In this way, when the concave rib extending in the vertical direction is provided on the outer surface of the side surface portion, air can escape from the concave rib through the notch during stacking, so that the occurrence of blocking can be suppressed. In addition, when a convex rib extending in the vertical direction is provided on the outer surface of the side surface portion, the vertical groove formed between adjacent convex ribs is an air escape passage in the same manner as the concave rib. Thus, the occurrence of blocking can be suppressed.
By the way, the height dimension of the stepped portion may vary between containers, or the height of the stepped portion may vary in the circumferential direction. When the height of the stepped portion varies as described above, the upper container falls below a predetermined height during stacking, or the upper container tilts. In such a case, in the configuration in which the concave rib is provided on the outer surface of the side surface, the upper and lower containers are in surface contact with each other partially or over the entire circumference in the side surface portion where the concave rib is not provided. In particular, in the case of a relatively deep container, the degree of adhesion tends to increase. Therefore, further improvement measures for further suppressing the occurrence of blocking are required. On the other hand, in the configuration in which the convex rib is provided on the outer surface of the side surface portion, only the top of the convex rib in the upper container is a line or narrow surface along the vertical direction on the inner surface of the side surface portion of the lower container. Since the contact is made, the degree of adhesion is small as compared with the configuration in which the concave rib is provided. However, since the convex ribs are long in the vertical direction, there is a possibility that the convex ribs of the upper container may bite into the inner surface of the side surface of the lower container. There is a need for further improvement measures to further suppress the occurrence of this.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and an object thereof is to provide a packaging container that can more effectively suppress the occurrence of blocking during stacking.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and a packaging container according to the present invention is made of a synthetic resin having a bottom surface portion and a side surface portion extending upward from a peripheral edge portion of the bottom surface portion. A packaging container made of a sheet, wherein a stepped portion for stacking is formed at the upper portion of the side surface portion, and a notch portion serving as an air escape portion is formed at the stepped portion at the lower portion of the outer surface of the side surface portion. Is characterized in that a plurality of bulging portions in which a part of the side surface portion in the vertical direction locally bulges outward is formed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the side surface portion.
In the packaging container having the above structure, the stepped portion for stacking is formed at the upper portion of the side surface portion, so that the height of the upper container tends to be a predetermined height during stacking, and a stable stacking state is achieved. can get. In addition, a notch is formed in a part of the stepped portion in the circumferential direction, and the notch becomes an air escape portion when stacking, so that the stack can be smoothly stacked and the top and bottom containers can be smoothly removed from the stacking state. Can be removed. And since the bulging part is formed in the lower part of the outer surface of the side part, even if the height of the step part varies between containers or in the circumferential direction in individual containers, the upper container The bulging portion of the side surface portion comes into contact with the inner surface of the side surface portion of the lower container, and a gap is secured. The bulging part has a shape in which a part of the side part in the vertical direction (vertical direction) is locally bulged outwardly, and a plurality of the bulging parts are formed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the side part. Therefore, a gap is formed between the adjacent bulging portions between the outer surface of the side surface portion of the upper container and the inner surface of the side surface portion of the lower container. In addition, the bulging portion is not a shape that extends long and continuously along the vertical direction, such as a vertical rib, but has a shape in which a part of the side portion in the vertical direction bulges outward. Therefore, a gap is also formed on the upper side of the bulging portion. Furthermore, since the bulging portion is not a shape in which the bulging portion such as a vertical rib extends long in the vertical direction, the bulging portion hardly bites into the inner surface of the side surface portion of the lower container during stacking. Accordingly, air flows through the gap formed between the side surface portion of the upper container and the side surface portion of the lower container and the notch portion of the stepped portion, so that the stacking can be performed smoothly and the container can be smoothly removed from the stacking state. Can be removed.
In particular, it is preferable that the bulging part formed in the lower part of the outer surface of the side part has a long shape along the circumferential direction of the side part. The bulging portion may be island-shaped, but if it has a long shape along the circumferential direction (lateral direction, horizontal direction) of the side surface portion, for example, a strip shape or a stripe shape extending in the circumferential direction, It becomes more difficult for the bulging portion to bite into the inner surface of the side surface portion. Therefore, the container can be removed more smoothly from the stacking state.
Moreover, it is preferable that the notch part is each formed in the position of the level | step-difference part corresponding between adjacent bulging parts. The notch portion may be formed at the position of the step portion corresponding to the bulging portion, but if it is formed at the position of the step portion corresponding to between the bulging portions adjacent to each other, Since air smoothly flows in and out from the gap through the notch located on the upper side, stacking becomes even smoother and removal of the container from the stacking state becomes even smoother.
In addition, it is a packaging container having a rounded rectangular shape in plan view, and it is preferable that a notch portion is formed on each side portion of the side surface portion and a bulge portion is formed on each corner portion of the side surface portion. In this case, air passes through the cutouts from the gaps on each side of the side surface, so the air flows smoothly and is distributed in four locations, making stacking even smoother and from the stacking state. The container can be removed more smoothly.
In addition, Preferably, the bulging part is formed in the lower end part of the outer surface of a side part.
As described above, even if variations occur in the height of the stepped portion for stacking, the stepped portion at the lower outer surface of the side surface portion exerts a stretching function to ensure a gap between the side surface portions of the container, The occurrence of blocking during stacking can be more effectively suppressed.
Hereinafter, a packaging container according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6 show the state of a
The
<底面部10>

The
<側面部11>

A stepped
The stepped
Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the stepped
The
<膨出部115>
<Bulging
A bulging
In this embodiment, the bulging
The
The bulging
A plurality of the bulging

The
Of course, the height of the upper surface of the
The
In particular, among these, a foamed polystyrene sheet obtained by foaming polystyrene and a heat-resistant foamed styrene-based resin sheet using a heat-resistant styrene-based resin having excellent heat resistance as polystyrene are preferable. As such a foam sheet, for example, a styrene resin alone, or a copolymer resin of a styrene monomer and a monomer such as butadiene, maleic anhydride, and methacrylic acid copolymerizable with a styrene monomer, or a styrene resin In mixtures with heat-resistant resins such as copolymer resins and polyphenylene ether resins, physical foaming agents such as butane and pentane, chemical foaming agents such as azodicarbonamide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, air, etc. And a foamed sheet obtained by kneading with an extruding agent together with the foaming agent and extruding and foaming, and those obtained by laminating a resin film on one or both sides thereof.
The resin film laminated on one side or both sides of this foam sheet is, for example, a film made of styrene resin such as polystyrene resin, high impact polystyrene resin, heat resistant polystyrene resin, polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, etc. A film made of a polyolefin resin, a film made of a polyester resin such as a polyethylene terephthalate resin, a film made of a resin having excellent gas barrier properties such as a polyvinyl alcohol resin or a polyvinylidene chloride resin can be used. . Alternatively, a film obtained by laminating these films (laminated film) or a resin film in which these laminated films are laminated on a foam sheet can also be used. Among them, when using a film made of styrene-based resin or styrene-based copolymer resin used for foamed sheets, the whole is composed of the same material, which makes the container recyclable. This is preferable in that it can be improved.
As an example, the
A large number of
Even if the bulging
As described above, since the stepped
Further, since the bulging
Furthermore, when the

DESCRIPTION OF
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and a packaging container according to the present invention is made of a synthetic resin having a bottom surface portion and a side surface portion extending upward from a peripheral edge portion of the bottom surface portion. A packaging container made of a sheet, wherein a stepped portion for stacking is formed at the upper portion of the side surface portion, and a notch portion serving as an air escape portion is formed at the stepped portion at the lower portion of the outer surface of the side surface portion. is bulging portion that bulges outward from the portion located on the upper side, formed with a plurality at intervals in the circumferential direction of the side portions, outside the portion where the bulging portion is located on its upper side Due to the bulging, a gap is formed in a portion located above the bulging portion during stacking .
As described above, even if there is a variation in the height of the stepped portion for stacking, the bulging portion of the lower portion of the outer surface of the side surface portion exerts a stretching function to secure a gap between the side surface portions of the container. The occurrence of blocking during stacking can be more effectively suppressed.
