Abstract
Description
回転するとともに、回転方向と直交する方向に変位するものであって、円周面に凹部又は凸部を有する測定対象と、
前記磁石と、前記測定対象の円周面との間に配置され、前記磁石が形成し前記測定対象の前記凹部又は前記凸部に誘引される磁場内で、前記測定対象の変位に伴う磁束密度の変化を検出するセンサとを有する変位検出装置。
[2]前記凹部又は前記凸部の前記測定対象が変位する方向における幅が、変位量と略同一である前記[1]に記載の変位検出装置。
[3]磁場を形成する磁石と、
円周面に凹部又は凸部を有する可動シーブと、
前記磁石と、前記可動シーブの円周面との間に配置され、前記磁石が形成し前記凹部又は前記凸部に誘引される磁場内で、前記測定対象の変位に伴う磁束密度の変化を検出するセンサとを有する無段変速装置。

請求項2に係る発明によれば、測定対象の変位量の範囲において可動シーブの位置を直接検出することができる。
(無段変速装置の構成)
図1は、実施の形態に係る変位検出装置及び無段変速装置の構成例を示す一部断面図である。図2は、可動シーブが移動した際の変位検出装置及び無段変速装置の構成例を示す一部断面図である。なお、図1及び図2の垂直下方向をz軸方向、水平左方向をx軸方向、奥行き手前方向をy軸方向とする。
次に、実施の形態の作用を、図1−図8を用いて説明する。
上記した第1の実施の形態によれば、測定対象である可動シーブ21の円周面211に凹部210を形成し、磁石62から凹部210に誘引される磁束をセンサ60で検出するようにしたため、可動シーブ21の位置を非接触で直接検出することができる。
なお、本発明は、上記実施の形態に限定されず、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々な変形が可能である。例えば、以下に示す変形例のように変形が可能であり、それぞれを組み合わせてもよい。

Claims (4)
- 磁場を形成する磁石と、
回転するとともに、回転方向と直交する方向に変位するものであって、円周面に凹部又は凸部を有する測定対象と、
前記磁石と、前記測定対象の円周面との間に配置され、前記磁石が形成し前記測定対象の前記凹部又は前記凸部に誘引される磁場内で、前記測定対象の変位に伴う磁束密度の変化を検出するセンサとを有する変位検出装置。 - 前記凹部又は前記凸部の前記測定対象が変位する方向における幅が、変位量と略同一である請求項1に記載の変位検出装置。
- 磁場を形成する磁石と、
円周面に凹部又は凸部を有する可動シーブと、
前記磁石と、前記可動シーブの円周面との間に配置され、前記磁石が形成し前記凹部又は前記凸部に誘引される磁場内で、前記測定対象の変位に伴う磁束密度の変化を検出するセンサとを有する無段変速装置。 - 磁場を形成する磁石と、
回転するとともに回転方向と直交する方向に変位する測定対象の円周面に形成された凹部又は凸部と、前記磁石との間に配置され、前記磁石が形成し前記測定対象の前記凹部又は前記凸部に誘引される磁場内で、前記測定対象の変位に伴う磁束密度の変化を検出するセンサとを有する変位検出装置。
