Abstract
Description
ASTM D1238条件により230℃、2.16kgの条件で測定した。
キシレン溶剤を利用して135℃で溶解可能な重量を測定した。
赤外線吸収スペクトル(FT-IR)を利用してポリプロピレン樹脂内に存在するエチレン含有量を測定した。
赤外線吸収スペクトル(FT-IR)を利用してポリプロピレン樹脂の溶剤抽出物内に存在するエチレン含有量を測定した。
固有粘度は135℃、デカリン(Dekalin)溶液下で粘度測定器を利用して測定し、固有粘度比は次のように計算される。
Veeco社製の3次元表面粗さ計Wyko NT9100を使用して0.64x0.48mmのフィルム面積で基材層面の中心線平均表面粗さ(Ra)を測定した。
ASTM D1003条件により曇り度を測定した。
ASTM D2457条件により45°で基材層面の光沢度を測定した。
フィルム成形後に光学フィッシュアイカウンター(Futec Max eye C)でフィルム上に存在する0.3mm長さ以上のフィッシュアイ個数を単位面積当たりの発生個数に換算して記載した。測定結果は1m2面積を3回測定した平均値である。
粘着層と基材層を5kg荷重で1回往復して付着した後、試片を幅25mm、長さ150mmに切断して30分後に万能試験機(UTM)を利用して150mm/分の速度で粘着層と基材層の間を180°で剥離した時の荷重値(g/25mm)を測定した。
プロピレン単独重合体とエチレンプロピレンゴムを反応器内で段階的に重合してポリプロピレン樹脂PP1〜PP10を製造し、製造されたポリプロピレンの物性を下記の表1に示した。
通常の2層キャストフィルム圧出設備を利用して前述した実施例1で製造されたポリプロピレン樹脂からなる基材層および粘着層を共押出し、厚さが50μmである2層の保護フィルムを製造し、製造された保護フィルムの物性を下記の表2に示した(但し、粘着層はDYNARON1320P(JSR社製)を使用し、前述した2層フィルムは基材層と粘着層との厚さ比率を4:1に固定した)。
前述した実施例2〜6と同様に行い、製造された保護フィルムの物性を下記の表3に示した。
Claims (7)
- プロピレン単独重合体およびエチレンプロピレンブロック共重合体を含むポリプロピレン樹脂において、前記ポリプロピレン樹脂内エチレンの含有量(a)は10〜20重量%であり、前記エチレンの含有量(a)と溶剤抽出物内エチレン含有量(b)との比率(a/b)が3〜4であることを特徴とする保護フィルム用ポリプロピレン樹脂。
- 前記ポリプロピレン樹脂は、プロピレン単独重合体およびエチレンプロピレンブロック共重合体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護フィルム用ポリプロピレン樹脂。
- 前記ポリプロピレン樹脂は、溶融指数が1〜15g/10分であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護フィルム用ポリプロピレン樹脂。
- 前記ポリプロピレン樹脂は、溶剤抽出物の固有粘度(c)と前記プロピレン単独重合体固有粘度(d)との比率(c/d)が1.3〜1.9であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護フィルム用ポリプロピレン樹脂。
- 請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか一項に記載のポリプロピレン樹脂で製造されることを特徴とする保護フィルム。
- 前記保護フィルムは、平均表面粗さ(Ra)が0.5μm〜1.5μmであり、曇り度(Haze)が60%以上であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の保護フィルム。
- 前記保護フィルムは液晶ディスプレイ(LCD)バックライトユニットの光学シート用であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の保護フィルム。
