前記密閉タンクは、外側支持構造(1)と、前記支持構造(1)上に保持された断熱障壁(2)と、2つの垂直方向に伸張する波形(17)を備えるとともに、前記断熱障壁(2)によって支持された密閉膜(3)とを備え、
前記断熱障壁(2)は、前記支持構造(1)の第1および第2の壁(6、7)の間の交差部分に配置された角構造を備え、
前記角構造は、前記支持構造(1)と向かい合うように配置された外面と、前記密閉膜(3)を固着するための部材(2)を提供された内面と、横方向エッジ(20、21)とを各々が有する、第1および第2の遮断パネル(18、19)を備え、
前記第1のパネル(18)は、前記支持構造の前記第1の壁(6)に対し載置されている外面と、前記支持構造(1)の前記第2の壁(7)に対し載置されている横方向エッジ(20)とを有し、
前記第2のパネル(19)は、前記支持構造(1)の前記第2の壁(7)に対し載置されている外面と、前記第1のパネル(18)の前記内面に対し載置されている横方向エッジ(21)とを有し、
前記タンクは、
前記第1および第2のパネル(18、19)が各々それらの内面上に、前記第1および第2の壁(6、7)の間の前記交差部分に平行な軸に沿って伸張する金属連結ストリップ(22)を備える前記密閉膜(3)を固着するための部材を備えることと、
前記密閉膜(3)が、前記角構造のいずれの側にも伸張する金属板(16)と、前記第1のパネル(18)の金属連結ストリップ(22)と前記第2のパネル(19)の金属連結ストリップ(22)との間に伸張するアングルピース(23)とを備えることと、
前記金属板(16)が、前記金属連結ストリップ(22)または前記アングルピース(23)に溶接されたエッジを有することと、
前記アングルピース(23)が、前記金属連結ストリップ(22)に溶接された前記金属板の前記エッジまたは前記金属連結ストリップ(22)に溶接されたエッジを有することとを特徴とする、タンク。 - 前記第1および第2のパネル(18、19)は各々、前記第1および第2のパネル(18、19)の前記内面および前記外面をそれぞれが形成する内側の合板の薄板(11)および外側の合板の薄板(12)と、前記内側(11)および外側(12)の合板の薄板の間に挟まれる遮断ポリマー発泡体のレイヤ(10)とを備える、請求項1に記載のタンク。
- 前記第2の壁(7)に対し載置されている前記第1のパネル(18)の前記横方向エッジ(20)は、合板の薄板を提供される、請求項2に記載のタンク。
- 前記第1の壁(6)に対し載置されている前記第1のパネル(18)の前記外面、前記第2の壁(7)に対し載置されている前記第1のパネル(18)の前記横方向エッジ(20)、および前記第2の壁(7)に対し載置されている前記第2のパネル(19)の前記外面は、前記支持構造(1)に糊着される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 金属連結ストリップ(22)が、前記第1または第2のパネル(18、19)の前記内面上に形成されたくぼみの中に保持され、かつ、前記金属連結ストリップ(22)がそれぞれ前記第1または前記第2のパネル(18、19)の平面において移動することを可能にするように、前記金属連結ストリップ(22)の方向を横断する方向にスライディングクリアランスjを有する前記くぼみ(27)の中に嵌合させられる、請求項1に記載のタンク。
- 前記断熱障壁は、二次断熱障壁(2)であり、
前記密閉膜は、二次密閉膜(3)であり、
前記タンクはさらに、一次断熱障壁(4)と、一次密閉膜(5)とを備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。 - 前記第1および第2のパネル(18、19)は、前記一次断熱障壁(4)を締結するためのピン(24)と嵌合させられ、
