Description
上記の実施形態を例えば次のように変更してもよい。
Claims (6)
- 自車両(M1)が走行する自車線の前方に先行車両(M2)が存在している状態において、前記自車両が前記先行車両の後方となる位置から前記先行車両の追越しを可能とする側方位置に横移動する際の初期動作の有無を判定する初期判定部と、
前記自車両が前記先行車両の後方位置から前記側方位置に横移動したことを判定する移動判定部と、
前記初期動作があり、かつ前記自車両が前記側方位置に横移動したと判定された場合において、前記先行車両に対する相対距離及び相対速度の少なくともいずれかに基づいて、前記自車両の走行状態が前記先行車両の追越しを可能にする追越し走行状態になっているか否かを判定する追越し状態判定部と、
前記追越し走行状態になっていると判定された場合に、前記自車両が前記先行車両の追越しを行うと判定する追越し判定部と、
を備えることを特徴とする車両の運転支援装置(10)。 - 前記自車両が追越し禁止区間を走行していることを判定する区間判定部と、
前記自車両が前記追越し禁止区間を走行していると判定され、かつ前記追越し判定部により前記自車両が前記先行車両の追越しを行うと判定された場合に、警報装置(31)による警報を実施する警報制御部と、
を備える請求項1に記載の車両の運転支援装置。 - 前記初期判定部は、前記自車両において車道の通行区分と逆方向のターン信号が発生することに基づいて、前記初期動作が生じた旨を判定する請求項1又は2に記載の車両の運転支援装置。
- 前記移動判定部は、前記横移動に際し、道路進行方向における前記先行車両との横方向の距離が、あらかじめ定めた所定範囲に入っていることで、前記自車両が前記側方位置に横移動した旨を判定する請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の車両の運転支援装置。
- 前記追越し状態判定部は、前記自車両の速度が前記先行車両の速度に対して所定値以上大きい場合に、前記追越し走行状態になっていると判定する請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の車両の運転支援装置。
- 車両の運転支援装置(10)が実行する車両の運転支援方法であって、
自車両(M1)が走行する自車線の前方に先行車両(M2)が存在している状態において、前記自車両が前記先行車両の後方となる位置から前記先行車両の追越しを可能とする側方位置に横移動する際の初期動作の有無を判定するステップと、
前記自車両が前記先行車両の後方位置から前記側方位置に横移動したことを判定するステップと、
前記初期動作があり、かつ前記自車両が前記側方位置に横移動したと判定された場合において、前記先行車両に対する相対距離及び相対速度の少なくともいずれかに基づいて、前記自車両の走行状態が前記先行車両の追越しを可能にする追越し走行状態になっているか否かを判定するステップと、
前記追越し走行状態になっていると判定された場合に、前記自車両が前記先行車両の追越しを行うと判定するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする車両の運転支援方法。
