Abstract
【解決手段】遊星歯車減速機1では、遊星歯車6を支持する遊星キャリア8が、入力側主軸受け11と出力側主軸受け12によって支持されている。入力側主軸受け11として、設置スペースが少なく、安価なアンギュラ玉軸受け、あるいは深溝玉軸受けを用いている。出力側主軸受け12として、負荷容量の大きなテーパーローラー軸受けを用いている。双方の主軸受けがテーパーローラー軸受けである場合に比べて、小型・扁平化で低コストな遊星歯車減速機を実現できる。

Description
前記一対の主軸受けは、
深溝玉軸受けとアンギュラ玉軸受けの組み合わせ、
深溝玉軸受けとテーパーローラー軸受けの組み合わせ、
アンギュラ玉軸受けとテーパーローラー軸受けの組み合わせ
のうちのいずれか一つであることを特徴としている。
受けを採用することが望ましい。これに対して、減速機入力側は通常は必要とされる負荷容量が比較的小さいので、より安価な深溝玉軸受けあるいはアンギュラ玉軸受を採用することが望ましい。これにより、必要とされる力学的特性を満たし、従来に比べて扁平で安価な遊星歯車減速機を実現できる。
Claims (2)
- 遊星歯車を支持する遊星キャリアが一対の主軸受けによって支持されている遊星歯車減速機において、
前記一対の主軸受けは、
深溝玉軸受けとアンギュラ玉軸受けの組み合わせ、
深溝玉軸受けとテーパーローラー軸受けの組み合わせ、
アンギュラ玉軸受けとテーパーローラー軸受けの組み合わせ
のうちのいずれか一つである遊星歯車減速機。 - 前記一対の主軸受けのうちの一方はテーパーローラー軸受けであり、他方は深溝玉軸受けあるいはアンギュラ玉軸受けであり、
前記テーパーローラー軸受けは、前記遊星歯車に対して装置軸線方向の減速機出力側に位置する出力側主軸受けであり、
前記深溝軸受けあるいは前記アンギュラ玉軸受けは、前記遊星歯車に対して前記装置軸線方向の減速機入力側に位置する入力側主軸受けである
請求項1に記載の遊星歯車減速機。
