Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の非PVC床材は、底材層、印刷層および透明耐摩耗層を下から上の順で含む。印刷層は55〜90重量%の無機系充填材を含有し、かつ、底材層および透明耐摩耗層の熱膨張率はいずれも印刷層の熱膨張率より大きい。

Description
ガラス繊維層18は、底材層12、印刷層14および透明耐摩耗層16と結合して床材全体の強度を高めている。このガラス繊維層18の位置は、底材層12の底面に設けられたものを例に挙げ、ガラス繊維層18は直床またはさまざまな二重床の施工面上に設けられる。底材層12の厚さは0.5〜5mmであり、印刷層14の厚さは0.05〜0.3mmであり、透明耐摩耗層16の厚さは0.1〜1mmである。底材層12の材質は5〜39.5wt%の熱可塑性プラスチック、60〜90wt%の充填材、および0.5〜5wt%の加工助剤を含有する。
加工助剤はたとえば、分散剤、潤滑剤、増白剤、酸化防止剤、帯電防止剤またはカップリング剤等である。カップリング剤には、ダウコーニング(Dow Corning)社製のZ6040、同社製のZ6030、または2−(3,4−エポキシシクロヘキシル)エチルトリメトキシシラン([2−(3,4−Epoxycyclohexyl)ethyl]trimethoxysilane)等を用いることができる。増白剤には二酸化チタン(TiO2)または酸化亜鉛(ZnO)等を用いることができる。潤滑剤にはステアリン酸カルシウム、ステアリン酸亜鉛、パラフィン基プロセスオイル等を用いることができる。分散剤には三菱レイヨン社製のメタブレンP530Aを用いることができる。帯電防止剤にはトリブチルメチルアンモニウムビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミド(tri−n−butylmethylammonium bis−(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide)、N,N−ビス(2−ヒドロキシエチル)ステアリルアミン([N,N−Bis(2−hydroxyethyl)stearylamine])を用いることができる。酸化防止剤にはテトラキス メチレン(3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシル プロピオネート)メタン(Tetrakis methylene(3,5− di− tert− butyl− 4− hydroxyl propoinate)Methane)等を用いることができる。また、熱可塑性プラスチックはホモポリプロピレン(homo−polypropylene)、エチレンプロピレン共重合体(ethylene propylene copolymer)またはポリエチレン(polyethylene)である。充填材は有機粉体または無機粉体であり、たとえば、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸マグネシウム、硫酸バリウム、タルク、酸化ケイ素、炭化ケイ素、ガラス繊維、木粉または澱粉である。
床材はホットプレス貼合方式により各層が複合される。ホットプレス貼合の過程では、印刷基材層20は高温時に流動性を有し、パターン層22がインクパターン層である場合、印刷基材層20のインクにより、元の印刷パターンが変形したり不鮮明になったりすることがある。したがって、55〜90wt%の無機系充填材を印刷基材層20に添加することにより、プラスチックの高温下での流動性を低減でき、ホットプレス貼合後のパターンの完全性を維持できる。
印刷層14に添加する無機系充填材の添加量が多過ぎると、印刷層14は硬くなり過ぎて割れやすくなり成型できず、添加量が少な過ぎると、効果的に熱膨張率を低減してインクの流動を抑制することができないので、添加量の適切な範囲は55〜90wt%であり、好ましくは60〜85wt%であり、最適なのは65〜80wt%である。

Claims (17)
- 底材層と、
前記底材層上に設けられ、55〜90wt%(重量%)の無機系充填材を含有する、印刷層と、
前記印刷層上に設けられる透明耐摩耗層であって、前記底材層と前記透明耐摩耗層の熱膨張率はいずれも前記印刷層の熱膨張率より大きく、前記底材層、前記印刷層および前記透明耐摩耗層が加熱後に冷却されることにより収縮する時、前記底材層と前記透明耐摩耗層は前記印刷層を中心にして対称に収縮する、透明耐摩耗層と、を含む、
非PVC(塩化ビニル)床材。 - 前記印刷層は、前記無機系充填材を含有する材質であり、前記底材層上に設けられる、印刷基材層と、前記印刷基材層上に設けられ、上面に前記透明耐摩耗層を設けるパターン層と、をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の非PVC床材。
- 前記印刷基材層の前記材質は5〜44.5wt%の熱可塑性プラスチックおよび0.5〜5wt%の加工助剤をさらに含有する、請求項2に記載の非PVC床材。
- 前記熱可塑性プラスチックはホモポリプロピレン(homo−polypropylene)、エチレンプロピレン共重合体(ethylene propylene copolymer)またはポリエチレン(polyethylene)である、請求項3に記載の非PVC床材。
- 前記加工助剤は分散剤、潤滑剤、増白剤、酸化防止剤、帯電防止剤またはカップリング剤である、請求項3に記載の非PVC床材。
- 前記無機系充填材は炭酸カルシウム、タルク、二酸化チタン、炭酸マグネシウム、硫酸バリウム、酸化ケイ素または炭化ケイ素である、請求項2に記載の非PVC床材。
- 前記パターン層は木目柄層、石目柄層またはインクパターン層である、請求項2に記載の非PVC床材。
- 前記底材層の材質は5〜39.5wt%の熱可塑性プラスチック、60〜90wt%の充填材および0.5〜5wt%の加工助剤を含有する、請求項1に記載の非PVC床材。
- 前記熱可塑性プラスチックはホモポリプロピレン(homo−polypropylene)、エチレンプロピレン共重合体(ethylene propylene copolymer)またはポリエチレン(polyethylene)である、請求項8に記載の非PVC床材。
- 前記充填材は有機粉体または無機粉体である、請求項8に記載の非PVC床材。
- 前記充填材は炭酸カルシウム、炭酸マグネシウム、硫酸バリウム、タルク、酸化ケイ素、炭化ケイ素、ガラス繊維、木粉または澱粉である、請求項8に記載の非PVC床材。
- 前記加工助剤は分散剤、潤滑剤、増白剤、酸化防止剤、帯電防止剤またはカップリング剤である、請求項8に記載の非PVC床材。
- 前記透明耐摩耗層の材質は熱可塑性プラスチックである、請求項1に記載の非PVC床材。
- 前記熱可塑性プラスチックはホモポリプロピレン(homo−polypropylene)、エチレンプロピレン共重合体(ethylene propylene copolymer)、ポリエチレン(polyethylene)、熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU,thermoplastic polyurethane)、熱可塑性ポリオレフィン(TPO,thermoplastic polyolefin)、エチレン―メタクリル酸を基礎としたサーリン(SURLYN)(登録商標)である、請求項13に記載の非PVC床材。
- 前記透明耐摩耗層の上面には傷防止コーティング、滑り止めコーティングまたは艶消しコーティングを施した、請求項1に記載の非PVC床材。
- 前記底材層の底面にはガラス繊維層または不織布層をさらに設ける、請求項1に記載の非PVC床材。
- 前記底材層の厚さは0.5〜5mmであり、前記印刷層の厚さは0.05〜0.3mmであり、前記透明耐摩耗層の厚さは0.1〜1mmである、請求項1に記載の非PVC床材。
