Description
Claims (15)
- 導管コネクタであって、
ハウジングであって、該ハウジングがラッチリテーナ受入れ端部とスピゴットとを有し、軸を構成する中央貫通孔が前記ハウジングを貫通する、ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの前記ラッチリテーナ受入れ端部の中に位置付けられる第一ラッチリテーナであって、該第一ラッチがベースと付勢部材と導管受入れ部材とを含み、前記導管受入れ部材が前記ベースから延びかつ楕円形開口部を構成してアームの遠位端の間に空隙を持つ1対のアームを含み、前記付勢部材が前記第一ラッチリテーナを前記ハウジングの前記ラッチリテーナ受入れ端部と固定する、第一ラッチリテーナと、
前記ハウジングの前記ラッチリテーナ受入れ端部の中に位置付けられる第二ラッチリテーナであって、該第二ラッチリテーナが、ベースと検証機構と保持部材とを含み、前記検証機構が前記ベースから延びかつ1対の脚とスライド機構とを含み、前記スライド部材がアンロック位置において前記ハウジングの前記ラッチリテーナ受入れ端部の中へ雄型導管を通過させるための開口部を含み、前記対の脚が前記ハウジングによってブロックされて、前記中央孔の前記軸へ向かう前記保持部材の進入を防止し、ロック位置において、導管の拡大環状部がハウジングへ進入することによって前記脚を拡張させて、前記保持部材が前記軸へ向かって前記ハウジングへ進入できるようにし、前記スライド部材の一部が前記ハウジングを越えて突出して、ロック位置であることを表示する、第二ラッチリテーナと、
を含む、導管コネクタ。 - 前記保持部材が前記ロック位置において前記第一ラッチリテーナの前記アームの間の前記空隙へ挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の導管コネクタ。
- 前記第一ラッチリテーナアームが前記孔軸を横切って移動して、導管が前記第一ラッチリテーナとロックできるようにすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の導管コネクタ。
- 前記第二ラッチリテーナスライド部材が前記ハウジングの溝の中に位置付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の導管コネクタ。
- 更に、前記第一リテーナアームにテーパー面を含む、請求項1に記載の導管コネクタ。
- 前記第一ラッチリテーナベースが前記導管をロック位置から解除するためのプッシュボタンとして作用することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の導管コネクタ。
- 前記第一ラッチリテーナ付勢部材が前記ハウジングの溝の中を案内されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の導管コネクタ。
- 前記溝が、前記ベースに力が加えられたとき接触して前記付勢部材を付勢しかつ前記力が取り除かれたとき前記第一ラッチリテーナをその元来の位置へ戻すテーパー面を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の導管コネクタ。
- 前記スライド部材の前記ハウジングから延びる部分が前記ハウジングへ向かって押されて、前記第二ラッチリテーナをアンロックすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の導管コネクタ。
- 前記第一ラッチリテーナベースと前記ハウジングから延びる前記スライド部材の第二ラッチリテーナ部分が相互に隣接することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の導管コネクタ。
- 導管コネクタであって、
ハウジングであって、該ハウジングがラッチリテーナ受入れ端部とスピゴットとを有し、軸を構成する中央貫通孔が前記ハウジングを貫通する、ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの前記ラッチリテーナ受入れ端部の中に位置付けられる第一ラッチリテーナであって、該第一ラッチがプッシュボタンベースと付勢部材と導管受入れ部材とを含み、前記導管受入れ部材が前記ベースから延びかつ楕円形開口部を構成してアームの遠位端の間に空隙を持つ1対のアームを含み、前記付勢部材が前記第一ラッチリテーナを前記ハウジングの前記導管受入れ端部と固定する、第一ラッチリテーナと、
ベースと検証機構と保持部材とを含む第二ラッチリテーナであって、前記検証機構が前記ベースから延びかつ視覚インジケータを含み、アンロック位置において、前記視覚インジケータがハウジングの中に位置付けられ、ロック位置において前記視覚インジケータが前記ハウジングから延び、前記視覚インジケータが、前記導管コネクタを解除するために前記視覚インジケータとプッシュボタンに同じ方向の力を加えられるように前記第一ラッチリテーナプッシュボタンベースに隣接する、第二ラッチリテーナと、
を含む、導管コネクタ。 - 前記視覚インジケータとプッシュボタンが、アンロック位置において相互に整列することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の導管コネクタ。
- 前記視覚インジケータとプッシュボタンが前記ハウジングの同じ側に在ることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の導管コネクタ。
- 前記視覚インジケータが前記プッシュボタンに接することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の導管コネクタ。
- 前記ハウジングラッチリテーナ受入れ端部が前記中央孔によって分離された1対の対向する壁と前記対の対向する壁の端部の間の開口部とを含み、前記視覚インジケータとプッシュボタンが前記開口部の中に位置付けられることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の導管コネクタ。
