Claims (4)
- 線状材の外周面に樹脂を付着させて線状材を全長にわたって樹脂で被覆する線状材被覆方法であって、
前記樹脂で満たされた貫通孔内へ前記線状材を導入して前記貫通孔を通過させることにより前記線状材の外周面に前記樹脂を付着させるとともに、付着させる前記樹脂の量に応じた量の樹脂を前記貫通孔内へ供給することを特徴とする線状材被覆方法。 - 線状材の外周面に樹脂を付着させて線状材を全長にわたって樹脂で被覆する線状材被覆装置であって、
樹脂が硬化しない状態で貯留されるタンクと、
樹脂で満たされ線状材を通過させる貫通孔を有する筒状の容器と、
前記貫通孔内で線状材の外周面に付着させる樹脂の量に応じた量の樹脂を前記タンクより流出させて前記貫通孔内へ供給するポンプ機構と、を備える線状材被覆装置。 - 前記貫通孔は、線状材の径より大きな径と、少なくとも線状材の外周面に付着させる樹脂の量に応じた量の樹脂を満たすことが可能な容積とを有するものであり、
前記貫通孔の一端には、線状材の導入口が形成され、
前記貫通孔の他端には、線状材の外周面に付着させる樹脂の量に応じた径で開口する線状材の導出口が形成され、
前記貫通孔の内面には、前記ポンプ機構が接続される樹脂の供給口と連通する連通口が開口される請求項2に記載の線状材被覆装置。 - 前記ポンプ機構は、
前記貫通孔内へ供給する樹脂を貯留するシリンジと、
前記シリンジ内に空気圧を作用させて前記シリンジ内に貯留された樹脂を前記貫通孔内へ送り込む加圧機構と、
前記シリンジ内の樹脂の貯留量が常に一定となるように前記タンクからの樹脂の流出量を調整する調整機構とを備える請求項2又は3に記載の線状材被覆装置。
