Abstract
Description
以下、本発明にかかる制御装置を主機として回転電機のみ備える車両に適用した第1実施形態について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
以下、第2実施形態について、先の第1実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態では、図4に示すように、目標減衰係数設定部及びフィルタ部の構成を変更する。なお、図4において、先の図2に示した処理と同一の処理については、便宜上、同一の符号を付している。
以下、第3実施形態について、先の第1実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態では、図5に示すように、車両には、車載主機として、モータジェネレータ10に加えてエンジン22が備えられている。なお、図5において、先の図1に示した部材と同一の部材については、便宜上、同一の符号を付している。
なお、上記各実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施してもよい。
Claims (7)
- 駆動輪(18)に動力を供給する主機としての回転電機(10)と、前記回転電機から出力される動力を前記駆動輪まで伝達可能に構成された駆動系(10a,16;10a,16,22a,24)とを備える車両に適用され、
前記駆動系の振動周波数成分を減衰させるフィルタ処理を前記回転電機の目標トルクに施すフィルタ手段(32c;32e)と、
前記フィルタ処理が施された前記目標トルクに基づいて、前記回転電機の駆動制御を行う制御手段(32)と、
前記車両の走行状態に基づいて、前記目標トルクに対する前記回転電機の実際のトルクの応答性の要求値を算出する要求値算出手段(32a)と、
前記要求値が小さい場合よりも大きい場合において前記振動周波数成分の減衰度合いを小さくするように、前記フィルタ処理で用いられるフィルタの周波数伝達特性を可変設定する特性設定手段(32b;32d)とを備えることを特徴とする回転電機の制御装置。 - 前記駆動系には、前記回転電機と前記駆動輪とを接続する駆動軸(16)が含まれ、
前記回転電機のトルクを入力値とし、前記駆動輪側へと出力するトルク、前記駆動軸の回転速度又は前記駆動軸のねじり角のいずれかである出力パラメータを出力値とする前記車両のプラントモデルであって、2次以上の遅れ要素を含むプラントモデルの周波数伝達特性をモデル化伝達特性とし、
前記回転電機のトルクを入力値とし、前記出力パラメータを出力値とする前記車両の目標とするプラントモデルであって、2次以上の遅れ要素を含むプラントモデルの周波数伝達特性を目標伝達特性とし、
前記フィルタ手段は、前記目標伝達特性を前記モデル化伝達特性で除算した周波数伝達特性であるフィルタ伝達特性を有するフィルタ処理を前記目標トルクに施す請求項1記載の回転電機の制御装置。 - 前記目標伝達特性の前記遅れ要素には、減衰係数を含む項が含まれ、
前記特性設定手段(32b)は、前記要求値が小さい場合よりも大きい場合において前記減衰係数を大きく設定する請求項2記載の回転電機の制御装置。 - 前記特性設定手段は、前記要求値がその最小値となる場合に前記フィルタ伝達特性が1となるような前記減衰係数を設定し、前記要求値がその最大値となる場合に前記減衰係数を1以上の値に設定する請求項3記載の回転電機の制御装置。
- 前記モデル化伝達特性の前記遅れ要素には、減衰係数を含む項が含まれ、
前記特性設定手段(32d)は、前記要求値が小さい場合よりも大きい場合において前記減衰係数を小さく設定する請求項2記載の回転電機の制御装置。 - 前記特性設定手段は、前記要求値がその最小値となる場合に前記減衰係数を1以上の値に設定し、前記要求値がその最大値となる場合に前記フィルタ伝達特性が1となるような前記減衰係数を設定する請求項5記載の回転電機の制御装置。
- 前記車両には、主機としての内燃機関(22)がさらに備えられ、
前記駆動系(10a,16,22a,24)は、前記回転電機及び前記内燃機関のそれぞれから出力される動力を前記駆動輪まで伝達可能に構成され、
前記特性設定手段は、前記回転電機及び前記内燃機関のそれぞれから出力された動力が前記駆動輪まで伝達されて、かつ前記回転電機及び前記内燃機関のそれぞれの目標トルクの合計値が上昇している状況下における前記減衰度合いを、前記合計値が定常状態となる状況下及び前記合計値が下降している状況下のうち少なくとも一方における前記減衰度合いよりも大きくするように、前記フィルタの周波数伝達特性を可変設定する請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機の制御装置。
