Claims (8)
- 着座者が着座する着座面およびその反対側の底面を有するサポート部を備え、
前記サポート部は、前記着座面および前記底面に挟まれた厚さ方向の中央である厚さ中央より前記着座面側に位置する第1部の硬さが、前記第1部を通る鉛直線上に位置する部位であって前記厚さ中央より前記底面側に位置する第2部の硬さより小さい値に設定され、
前記第1部および前記第2部は、前記着座面に着座した着座者から見た左右方向の中央に位置し、
前記第1部を通る水平線上に位置する部位であって前記第1部より左右方向外側に位置する第1サイド部の硬さは、前記第1サイド部を通る鉛直線上の部位であって前記第2部を通る水平線上に位置する第2サイド部の硬さより小さい値に設定され、
前記硬さは、前記サポート部を等分に分割して採取された四角柱状の試験片を用いてJISK6400−2(2012年版)に規定されるE法に準拠して測定される25%圧縮時の力であることを特徴とするクッションパッド。 - 前記第1部の硬さに対する前記第1サイド部の硬さの比率は、前記第2部の硬さに対する前記第2サイド部の硬さの比率より小さい値に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のクッションパッド。
- 前記第1サイド部および前記第2サイド部は、前記着座者の臀部の座圧によって圧縮される部位であって、前記着座面に着座した着座者の左右の坐骨結節部より左右方向外側に位置することを特徴とする請求項2記載のクッションパッド。
- 前記底面を含む底面部の左右方向の中央に位置する部位の硬さは、前記着座面を含む着座部の左右方向の中央に位置する部位の硬さの1.1倍以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかにクッションパッド。
- 前記第1部および前記第2部を通る鉛直線上に位置する各部位の硬さは、前記着座面側から前記底面側へ向かうにつれて次第に大きくなることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のクッションパッド。
- 前記第1サイド部および前記第2サイド部を通る鉛直線上に位置する各部位の硬さは、前記着座面側から前記底面側へ向かうにつれて次第に大きくなることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のクッションパッド。
- 前記第2部を通る水平線上に位置する各部位の硬さは、前記第2部から左右方向外側へ向かうにつれて次第に大きくなることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のクッションパッド。
- 前記サポート部は、単一の発泡合成樹脂材料により一体に成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のクッションパッド。
