なお、ポリオール及び整泡剤の重量平均分子量は、GPC法(ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィ)による測定値である。
表1に示す質量比率で各成分を常法にて配合し、均一に混合して発泡原液を得た後、その所定量を所定形状の成形型(下型)に注入した。下型に上型を被せて成形型内で発泡・硬化させた。その後、脱型して、底面の一辺が約400mm、厚さ約100mmの正四角柱状の軟質ポリウレタンフォームのサンプル1〜17を得た。
密度、ぐらつき感、成形性について各サンプルを評価し、その結果を表1に記した。密度の評価は、密度が45〜55kg/m3のサンプルを「良い(○)」、密度が55kg/m3を超えるサンプルを「悪い(×)」とした。密度の評価が「良い」サンプルについて、ぐらつき感の評価を行った。

Claims (3)
- 軟質ポリウレタンフォーム製のシートパッドであって、
表面および裏面を除く中心部の密度が45〜55kg/m 3 に設定され、
前記表面と前記裏面との間を厚さ方向に5等分して前記表面側から順に第1層、第2層、第3層、第4層、第5層としたときに、
前記第4層の硬さと前記第3層の硬さとが等しいものを含み、硬さが大きいものから前記第5層、前記第4層、前記第3層、前記第2層の順に並び、
前記第4層の硬さは前記第1層の硬さ以上で、前記第2層の硬さは前記第1層の硬さより小さく設定され、
前記硬さは、JISK6400−2(2012年版)に規定されるD法に準拠して測定される25%硬さであることを特徴とするシートパッド。 - 前記第1層の硬さに対する前記第5層の硬さの比率は1.2以上に設定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシートパッド。
- JISK6400−5(2012年版)に準拠した引張試験により求めた応力−ひずみ曲線における、ひずみ1.0から1.5までの傾きである引張モジュラスが150kPa以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のシートパッド。
