Claims (10)
- SiO2、Al2O3、Na2O、および少なくとも7mol%までのY2O3を含み、2を超えるモル比[Al2O3(mol%)/Y2O3(mol%)]および少なくとも80GPaのヤング率を有する、ガラス。
- 約40mol%〜約82mol%のSiO2と;約4mol%〜約40mol%のAl2O3と;約4mol%〜約26mol%のNa2Oと;約1.5mol%〜約7mol%のY2O3とを含む、請求項1に記載のガラス。
- Al2O3(mol%)/Na2O(mol%)>1である、請求項1または2に記載のガラス。
- Al2O3(mol%)/Na2O(mol%)<1である、請求項1または2に記載のガラス。
- さらに、少なくとも1種の二価の金属酸化物を含み、該少なくとも1種の二価の金属酸化物が、ZnOおよび1種以上のアルカリ土類酸化物のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- さらに、Y2O3以外の少なくとも1種の希土類酸化物を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- さらに、B2O3、P2O5、およびTiO2のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- 少なくとも700℃の歪み点を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- 少なくとも660kgf/mm2(約6468MPa)の200gf(約1.96N)ビッカース硬度を有する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- イオン交換され、該イオン交換されたガラスが、その表面から内部へと少なくとも40μmの圧縮応力層深さまで広がる圧縮層を有し、該圧縮層が、少なくとも800MPaの圧縮応力を有し、該イオン交換されたガラスが、少なくとも750kgf/mm2(約7350MPa)の200gf(約1.96N)ビッカース硬度を有する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
