Abstract
Description
本出願は、参照によって本明細書の一部とする、「Apparatus and Method to Switch Ultrasonic Signal Paths in a Moderately High Radiation Area」と題する2012年10月9日に出願された米国仮特許出願第61/711,241号の優先権を主張する2013年3月15日に出願された「Apparatus and Method to Switch Ultrasonic Signal Paths in a Moderately High Radiation Area」と題する米国特許出願第13/834,432号の利益を主張する。
本発明は、一般に、沸騰水型原子炉などの原子炉内の比較的高い放射線場で作動される信号装置を遠隔操作で切換えるための装置と方法に関する。
Claims (15)
- 軽水型原子炉の放射線場において少なくとも1個の信号発生/受信装置(28)を遠隔操作で切換えるための装置であって、
外面、
当該外面により形成される空洞部(18)、
当該外面に取り付けられた1個以上の入力コネクタ(20)、および
当該外面に取り付けられた1個以上の出力コネクタ(22)、
から成る信号切換え装置を収納するための筐体(10)と、
当該空洞部(18)の中に設置される信号切換え装置、
当該信号切換え装置を制御ステーション(25)に接続するために当該1個以上の入力コネクタのそれぞれに接続されるアンビリカル信号ケーブル(24)とより成り、
当該少なくとも1個の信号発生/受信装置(28)は当該1個以上の出力コネクタ(28)に接続される、
軽水型原子炉の放射線場において少なくとも1個の信号発生/受信装置(28)を遠隔操作で切換えるための装置。 - 信号切換え装置が少なくとも1枚のプリント回路基板と、当該少なくとも1枚のプリント回路基板に搭載される複数のリレースイッチより成る請求項1の装置。
- 前記リレースイッチが並列または直列に搭載される請求項2の装置。
- 前記プリント回路基板がストリップラインまたはマイクロストリップインピーダンス整合技術を利用する請求項2の装置。
- カメラ、超音波センサー、およびフェーズドアレイ超音波プローブから成る群から前記少なくとも1個の信号発生/受信装置(28)が選択される請求項1の装置。
- 前記超音波センサーがフェーズドアレイ超音波プローブである請求項5の装置。
- 前記筐体(10)に搭載される3個の入力コネクタ(20)と、当該3個の入力コネクタ(20)に接続される3本のアンビリカル信号ケーブル(24)とを有する請求項1の装置。
- 前記筐体(10)に搭載される5個の出力コネクタ(22)と、当該5個の出力コネクタ(22)に接続される5個の信号発生/受信装置(28)とを有する請求項1の装置。
- 前記軽水型原子炉が沸騰水型原子炉である請求項1の装置。
- 前記筐体(10)が水に浸されている請求項1の装置。
- 前記切換え装置がコイルリレーである請求項1の装置。
- 前記切換え装置が高周波RF用に設計される請求項1の装置。
- 少なくとも1枚のプリント回路基板が基板に搭載される同軸線コネクタを含む請求項1の装置。
- 軽水型原子炉の放射線場において少なくとも1個の信号装置(28)を遠隔操作で切換えるための方法であって、
空洞部(18)が外面の内部に形成された筐体(10)を提供する、
信号切換え装置を提供する、
当該筐体(10)の当該空洞部(18)に当該信号切換え装置を設置する、
当該筐体(10)の当該外面に1個以上の入力コネクタ(20)を取り付ける、
当該筐体(10)の当該外面に1個以上の出力コネクタ(22)を取り付ける、
少なくとも1本のアンビリカル信号ケーブル(24)を用意する、
少なくとも1本のアンビリカル信号ケーブル(24)を当該1個以上の入力コネクタ(20)に接続することにより、当該信号切換え装置を制御ステーション(25)に接続する、
当該少なくとも1本のアンビリカル信号ケーブル(24)の第1の端部を当該制御ステーション(25)に接続する、
少なくとも1個の信号装置(28)を提供する、
当該少なくとも1個の当該信号装置(28)を当該1個以上の出力コネクタ(22)に接続する、および
当該少なくとも1本のアンビリカル信号ケーブル(24)を用いて当該少なくとも1個の信号装置(28)を制御する
ことから成る、軽水型原子炉の放射線場において少なくとも1個の信号装置(28)を遠隔操作で切換えるための方法。 - 前記1個以上の入力コネクタ(20)が前記1個以上の出力コネクタ(22)より大きい請求項14の方法。
