Claims (14)
- ポリマー溶融物を製造するためのスクリュー機(1)、ダイ(3)を通してポリマー溶融物を押し出す目的で昇圧をするための溶融ポンプ(2)、及び顆粒、押出形材、又は成型品を製造するための前記ダイ(3)を有し、そのとき前記溶融ポンプ(2)が前記スクリュー機(1)から独立して形成され、独自の伝動装置(5)を具有し、前記スクリュー機(1)から前記溶融ポンプ(2)へのポリマー溶融物の移送が、無圧で、又はほぼ無圧で行われることを特徴とする、ポリマー顆粒、押出形材、又は成形品を製造するための装置。
- 前記溶融ポンプ(2)が前記スクリュー機(1)に対して、15°から75°の間、特に30°から60°の間、好適には45°の角度で配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- ダイを通して媒体を押し出す目的のための、特に先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置のための、入口、出口の開口部、及び少なくとも2つの、共有のハウジング(7)に配置されたスクリューコンベア(8、108、208、308)を含む圧縮機(6)を有し、そのとき前記スクリューコンベア(8、108、208、308)に設けられたスクリューフライト(9、209、309)が、媒体の圧送を行うように形成され、そのとき前記スクリューコンベア(8、108、208、308)が独自の伝動装置(4)に駆動されることができる、流動性媒体、特にポリマー溶融物の場合の昇圧のための溶融ポンプ。
- 前記スクリューコンベア(8、108、208、308)が、外径(Da)のコア径(Di)に対する比が1.6から2.4の間、好適には2.0であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の溶融ポンプ。
- 前記スクリューフライト(9、209、309)が、長方形又は台形のねじ形状を具有することを特徴とする、請求項3から4のいずれか一項に記載の溶融ポンプ。
- 前記スクリューフライト(9、209、309)が、0°から20°の間のプロファイル角を具有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の溶融ポンプ。
- 2つのスクリューコンベア(8)が互いに重なり合い、つまり垂直に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載の溶融ポンプ。
- 前記伝動装置(4)及び前記ギア装置(5)が、前記スクリューコンベア(8、108、208、308)の回転数が毎分30回から毎分300回の間、好適には毎分50回から毎分150回の間となるように設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載の溶融ポンプ。
- 前記伝動装置(4)と前記圧縮機(6)の間に、それを介して前記スクリューコンベア(8、108)が同期に駆動されることができる、ギア装置(5)を設けることを特徴とする、請求項3から8のいずれか一項に記載の溶融ポンプ。
- 前記ハウジング(7)と そのスクリューフライト(9、209、309)を有する前記スクリューコンベア(8、108、208、308)の間に、ハウジングギャップ(10)及び/又はスクリューギャップ(11)以外に対しては填隙された、少なくとも1つのスクリュー室(12、212、312)を形成するように、前記スクリューフライト(9、209、309)及び前記スクリューコンベア(8、108、208、308)が、互いに関連して形成され、互いに噛合して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3から9のいずれか一項に記載の溶融ポンプ。
- 前記ハウジングギャップ(10)がギャップシールとなるほど、前記スクリューコンベア(8、108、208、308)と前記ハウジング(7)の間に残るハウジングギャップ(10)が小さくなるよう、前記ハウジング(7)が前記スクリューコンベア(8、108、208、308)の輪郭と関連して形成され、前記スクリューギャップ(11)がギャップシールを成形するほど、前記スクリューフライト(9、209、309)と前記スクリューコンベア(8、108、208、308)の間に残るスクリューギャップ(11)が小さくなるよう、前記スクリューフライト(9)と前記スクリューコンベア(8、108、208、308)が互いに関連して形成され、互いに噛合して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3から10のいずれか一項に記載の溶融ポンプ。
- 前記ハウジングギャップ(10)及び/又は前記スクリューギャップ(11)が、媒体に依って、前記圧縮機(6)が軸方向に気密であるように選択されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の溶融ポンプ。
- 前記スクリューコンベア(8、208、308)が互いに反転するように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3から12のいずれか一項に記載の溶融ポンプ。
- 前記スクリューコンベア(8、108、208、308)の長さと外径の比が2から5、好適には3.5を有することを特徴とする、請求項3から13のいずれか一項に記載の溶融ポンプ。
