Abstract
Description
本発明の変型において、xが0または1に等しいこと、すなわち、化合物が(BaySr1−y)ZrSi3O9または(BaySr1−y)HfSi3O9のいずれかであることが好ましい。本発明のこの変型は、種々の出発材料の数が小さく維持され得るので、材料の簡易化された製造という利点を有する。
a)バリウムおよび/またはストロンチウム源、ジルコニウムおよび/またはハフニウム源、ケイ素源、ならびに、サマリウム、プラセオジムまたはユウロピウムの1種の金属の源の提供;
b)ステップa)において提供された前記源の混合;ならびに
c)ステップb)において混合された前記源の、1000℃から1700℃までの範囲の温度での焼結。
本発明は、一次光源および本発明による発光変換材料を含む光源にさらに関する。
例
1.7191g(8.71mmol)のBaCO3、1.0788g(8.75mmol)のZrO2、1.5781g(26.26mmol)のSiO2、0.0077g(0.022mmol)のEu2O3および0.1200g(1.94mmol)のH3BO3を、少量のアセトンを粉砕剤として加えた瑪瑙乳鉢で十分に混合する。粉体を100℃で1h乾燥させ、酸化アルミニウムのるつぼ中に移し、1300℃から1500℃までの範囲の温度で、2〜4h、一酸化炭素雰囲気下で焼結する。2回目の焼結ステップにおいて、水平管状炉で、粉体を1200℃の温度で、2h、フォーミングガス(10%のH2)の流れの下に供する。図2は、このように製造した化合物のX線粉体回折パターンを示す。
この化合物を、以下の化合物を初めに計量し、次いで混合することを除けば、例1の化合物と同じ方法で製造する:1.6924g(8.58mmol)のBaCO3、1.0783g(8.75mmol)のZrO2、1.5774g(26.25mmol)のSiO2、0.0308g(0.088 mmol)のEu2O3および0.1200g(1.94mmol)のH3BO3。この化合物のX線粉体回折パターンを同様に図2に示す。
図3は、例1および例2で製造された化合物の発光スペクトルを示す。
この化合物を、以下の構成成分を混合することを除けば、例1と同じ手法で製造する:1.4434g(7.31mmol)のBaCO3、1.5473g(7.35mmol)のHfO2、1.3250g(22.1mmol)のSiO2、0.0065g(0.018mmol)のEu2O3および1.1200g(1.94mmol)のH3BO3。この化合物のX線粉体回折パターンを図4に示す。
この化合物を、以下の構成成分を互いに混合することを除けば、例1における化合物のように、同様に製造する:1.4211g(7.20mmol)のBaCO3、1.5467g(7.35mmol)のHfO2、1.3245g(22.0mmol)のSiO2、0.0259g(0.074mmol)のEu2O3および0.1200g(1.94mmol)のH3BO3。この化合物のX線粉体回折パターンを、同様に図4に示す。
図5は、例3および4で製造された化合物の発光スペクトルを示す。
1.6972g(8.60mmol)のBaCO3、1.0814g(8.78mmol)のZrO2、1.5819g(26.33mmol)のSiO2、0.0153g(0.044mmol)のSm2O3、0.0047g(0.044mmol)のNa2CO3および0.1200g(1.94mmol)のH3BO3を、少量のアセトンを粉砕剤として加えた瑪瑙乳鉢中で互いに慎重に混合する。粉体を100℃で1h乾燥させ、酸化アルミニウムのるつぼ中に移し、1300〜1500℃で、2〜4h、空気中で焼結する。
この化合物を、以下の出発材料を互いに混合することを除けば、例5と同じ方法で製造する:1.4245g(7.22mmol)のBaCO3、1.5504g(7.37mmol)のHfO2、1.3277g(22.10mmol)のSiO2、0.0128g(0.037mmol)のSm2O3、0.0039g(0.037mmol)のNa2CO3および0.1200g(1.94mmol)のH3BO3。
図6は、例5および6で製造された化合物の発光スペクトルを示す。
この化合物を、以下の出発化合物を互いに混合することを除けば、例5における化合物のように、同様に製造する:1.6971g(8.60mmol)のBaCO3、1.0814g(8.78mmol)のZrO2、1.5818g(26.33mmol)のSiO2、0.0154g(0.044mmol)のEu2O3、0.0047g(0.044mmol)のNa2CO3および0.1200g(1.94mmol)のH3BO3。
この化合物を、以下の出発化合物を互いに混合することを除けば、例5の化合物と同じ方法で製造する:1.4244g(7.22mmol)のBaCO3、1.5504g(7.37mmol)のHfO2、1.3277g(22.10mmol)のSiO2、0.0130g(0.037mmol)のEu2O3、0.0039g(0.037mmol)のNa2CO3および0.1200g(1.94mmol)のH3BO3。
図7は、例7および8で製造された化合物の発光スペクトルを示す。
この化合物を、以下の出発化合物を互いに混合することを除けば、例5における化合物のように、同様に製造する:1.7128g(8.68mmol)のBaCO3、1.0803g(8.78mmol)のZrO2、1.5803g(26.30mmol)のSiO2、0.0159g(0.022mmol)のPr2(C2O4)310H2O、0.0023g(0.022mmol)のNa2CO3および0.1200g(1.94mmol)のH3BO3。
この化合物を、以下の出発化合物を互いに混合することを除けば、例5における化合物と同じ方法で製造する:1.4378g(7.29mmol)のBaCO3、1.5491g(7.36mmol)のHfO2、1.3266g(22.08mmol)のSiO2、0.0134g(0.018mmol)のPr2(C2O4)3・10H2O、0.0020g(0.018mmol)のNa2CO3および1.1200g(1.94mmol)のH3BO3。
図8は、例9および10で製造された化合物の発光スペクトルを示す。
例1〜10の本発明による1gの蛍光物質を、光学的に透明な10gのシリコーン(Dow CorningからのOE6550)によりSpeedmixer中で分散させる。このようにして得られたシリコーン/蛍光物質の混合物を、自動ディスペンサー(EssemtechからのCDS6200)を活用して青色半導体LED(450nmで発光するInGaNチップに取り付けられた、Mimaki ElectronicsからのUnicorn package)のチップに適用し、150℃の温蔵庫中で熱の供給により、1hに渡り硬化させる。
例11からのLEDを、Keithley K2400 Sourcemeterを使用して電流(350mA)と接触させ、光学特性を、Instrument Systems CAS 140分光計を使用し、積分球に取り付けて決定する。分光計のソフトウェアは、ここで得られた発光スペクトルからLEDのCIE1931のxおよびyの色値を計算する。対応値を、図1におけるCIE図にプロットする。
Claims (14)
- 式I
で表される化合物であって、ZrまたはHfのイオンのいくつかが、Eu、PrまたはSmのイオンによって置き換えられていることを特徴とし、ここで該イオンが3価である場合、アルカリ金属イオンが追加的に存在する、前記化合物。 - ZrまたはHfのイオンの0.1〜20mol%、好ましくは0.2〜10mol%が、Eu、PrまたはSmのイオンによって置き換えられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- ZrまたはHfのイオンが、イオンのモル数に基づいて、倍の量のEu2+イオンによって置き換えられていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の化合物。
- ZrまたはHfのイオンが、Eu3+イオン、Sm3+イオンまたはPr3+イオンによって置き換えられており、アルカリ金属イオンが、電荷補償のため、Eu3+イオン、Sm3+イオンまたはPr3+イオンと等量で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の化合物。
- xが、0または1に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の化合物。
- 0≦y<0.3、好ましくはy=0であるか、または、0.7<y≦1、好ましくはy=1であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の化合物。
- 以下の方法ステップ:
a)バリウムおよび/またはストロンチウム源、ジルコニウムまたはハフニウム源、ケイ素源、ならびに、サマリウム、プラセオジムまたはユウロピウムの1種の金属の源の提供;
b)ステップa)において提供された前記源の混合;ならびに
c)ステップb)において混合された前記源の、1000℃から1700℃までの範囲での温度処理
を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の化合物の製造のための方法。 - 変換蛍光物質としての、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の化合物の使用。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の化合物を含む、発光変換材料。
- さらに、少なくとも1種のさらなる変換蛍光物質を含み、ここで前記さらなる変換蛍光物質が、Eu2+、Ce3+またはMn2+でドープされた、硫化物、ケイ酸塩、アルミン酸塩、ホウ酸塩、窒化物、酸窒化物、ケイ窒化物およびアルモケイ窒化物からなる群から好ましくは選択される、請求項9に記載の発光変換材料。
- 光源であって、それが、一次光源と請求項9または10に記載の発光変換材料とを含むことを特徴とする、前記光源。
- 一次光源が、発光性の窒化インジウムアルミニウムガリウムであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の光源。
- 照明ユニット、特にディスプレイデバイスのバックライト用のものであって、それが、請求項11または12に記載の少なくとも1種の光源を含むことを特徴とする、前記照明ユニット。
- ディスプレイデバイス、特に液晶ディスプレイデバイス(LCディスプレイ)であって、それが、請求項13に記載の少なくとも1種の照明ユニットを含むことを特徴とする、前記ディスプレイデバイス。
