2つの前記シール面(6、7)の少なくとも1つは、2つの前記シール面(6、7)の間に線接触が形成されるように、その頂部において凸状構造になされており、
該シール面(6、7)の少なくとも1つには、厚さが最大30μmで気相蒸着法によって取り付けられた、硬質材料を備えるコーティング(9、10)、または、厚さが最大30μmで気相蒸着法によって取り付けられたかあるいは厚さが最大300μmで溶射法によって塗布された、クロム含有合金を備えるコーティング(9、10)を備え、
該コーティングは非透過性となるように形成されている、ターボ機械コンポーネント。 - 前記コーティングと前記部分コンポーネント(4、5)との間に付加的な潤滑膜がない、請求項1に記載のターボ機械コンポーネント。
- 前記合金におけるクロムの割合は、10質量%以上、特に15質量%から25質量%である、請求項1あるいは2に記載のターボ機械コンポーネント。
- 前記合金は、ニッケル、特に75質量%から85質量%のニッケルを備える、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のターボ機械コンポーネント。
- 溶射法によって塗布される前記コーティング(9、10)は、さらなる硬質材料の粒子を備える、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のターボ機械コンポーネント。
- 前記粒子はセラミック粒子である、請求項5に記載のターボ機械コンポーネント。
- 前記さらなる硬質材料は、炭化物、特に炭化タングステン、炭化チタンおよび/または炭化クロムを備える、請求項5あるいは6に記載のターボ機械コンポーネント。
