Claims (10)

前記第1の表面(12)の少なくとも一部分に設けられた第1の保護皮膜(14)であって、第1の硬度を有する第1の皮膜層と第2の硬度を有する第2の皮膜層とを有する第1の保護皮膜(14)と
を含む物品(10)であって、
前記第1の皮膜層は、1500ビッカース〜3500ビッカースの範囲にある硬度を有し、
前記第1の皮膜層が、ホウ素、チタン又はクロムを含む第1の成分と、窒素又は炭素を含む第2の成分とを含んでおり、
第2の皮膜層は、300ビッカース〜1500ビッカースの範囲にある硬度を有し、
前記第2の表面(16)が前記第1の表面(12)と接触した時に、前記第1の保護皮膜(14)の少なくとも一部分が第2の表面(16)と接触する、物品(10)。 - 前記第1の皮膜層が、窒化チタン、炭化チタン、窒化クロム、炭化クロム、窒化ホウ素又は炭化ホウ素を含む、請求項1記載の物品(10)。
- 前記第1の皮膜層が、アルミニウム又は炭素を含む第3の成分をさらに含む、請求項1記載の物品(10)。
- 前記第2の皮膜層が、チタン又は窒化チタンアルミニウムを含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の物品(10)。
- 前記第1の保護皮膜(14)が、1ミクロン〜50ミクロンの全体厚さを有する、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の物品(10)。
- 前記物品(10)が蒸気タービンバルブであり、前記第1の表面(12)が、蒸気タービンバルブディスク、蒸気タービンバルブシート、蒸気タービンバルブステム、蒸気タービンバルブステムブッシュである、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の物品(10)。
- 前記第2の表面(16)の少なくとも一部分に設けられた第2の保護皮膜(18)をさらに含んでおり、前記第2の保護皮膜(18)が第3の皮膜層を含んでいて、前記第3の皮膜層が、ホウ素、チタン又はクロムを含む第3の成分と、窒素又は炭素を含む第4の成分とを含んでいる、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の物品(10)。
- 前記第3の皮膜層が、アルミニウム又は炭素を含む第3の成分をさらに含む、請求項7記載の物品(10)。
- 前記第2の保護皮膜(18)が、前記第3の皮膜層の上に設けられた第4の皮膜層をさらに含む、請求項7又は請求項8記載の物品(10)。
- 前記第4の皮膜層が、チタン又は窒化チタンアルミニウムを含む、請求項9記載の物品(10)。
