Abstract
【解決手段】流体圧供給源として用いられるベーンポンプ1であって、回転駆動されるロータ2と、ロータ2に摺動自在に挿入される複数のベーン3と、ロータ2の回転に伴ってベーン3の先端部が摺接するカムリング4と、隣り合うベーン3との間に画成されるポンプ室7と、ポンプ室7に作動流体を導く吸込ポート31、33と、ポンプ室7から吐出する作動流体が導かれる吐出ポート32、34と、吐出ポート32、34の開口縁部からロータ2の回転方向と逆方向に延びる溝状のノッチ70と、を備え、ノッチ70は、開口面積の変化率がロータ2の回転方向に向かうに従って小さくなる勾配変化部72を持つ。

Claims (5)
- 流体圧供給源として用いられるベーンポンプであって、
回転駆動されるロータと、
前記ロータに摺動自在に挿入される複数のベーンと、
前記ロータの回転に伴って前記ベーンの先端部が摺接するカムリングと、
隣り合う前記ベーンとの間に画成されるポンプ室と、
前記ポンプ室に作動流体を導く吸込ポートと、
前記ポンプ室から吐出する作動流体が導かれる吐出ポートと、
前記吐出ポートの開口縁部から前記ロータの回転方向と逆方向に延びる溝状のノッチと、を備え、
前記ノッチは、開口面積の変化率が前記ロータの回転方向に向かうに従って小さくなる勾配変化部を持つことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。 - 前記ノッチは、
開口面積がその先端部から前記ロータの回転方向に向かうに従って次第に大きくなる上流溝部と、
開口面積が前記上流溝部から前記ロータの回転方向に向かうに従って変わらない下流溝部と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベーンポンプ。 - 前記ノッチは、
開口面積がその先端部から前記ロータの回転方向に向かうに従って次第に大きくなる上流溝部と、
開口面積が前記上流溝部から前記ロータの回転方向に向かうに従って次第に小さくなる下流溝部と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベーンポンプ。 - 前記ノッチは、前記吐出ポートに面して開口面積が部分的に小さくなる絞り部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベーンポンプ。
- 前記ノッチは、前記勾配変化部よりその先端部側の開口面積に対して前記勾配変化部より前記吐出ポート側の開口面積が大きくなることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載のベーンポンプ。
