Abstract
【解決手段】このため、発泡性合成樹脂100重量部、絹雲母粉末50〜100重量部、可塑剤70〜85重量部、発泡剤2〜7重量部、増粘剤0.01〜1重量部、安定剤2〜4重量部、及び色素3〜7重量部からなる機能性弾性内蔵材を提供する。また、発泡性合成樹脂と絹雲母組成物を混合して混合物を生成する段階と、前記混合物を織物に塗布する段階と、前記織物に塗布された混合物を加熱して発泡させる段階と、を含む機能性弾性内蔵材の製造方法を提供する。本発明による弾性内蔵材は、通気性に優れ、家具等に用いられる人造皮革、壁紙、床材、乳児、及び子供用マット、自動車シート等の多用途で用いられ、人体に有益な遠赤外線と陰イオンを多量放出し、使用者の健康増進に大いに役立てられる。

Description
1.500メッシュの絹雲母粉末7.5kg、溶媒である精製水2.3kgを反応器に投入し、第1の絹雲母組成物を形成した。
1.前記絹雲母組成物500g、PVC1kg、発泡剤60gを攪拌機に投入し、1分30秒間、1800rpmで攪拌し、混合物を生成した。
前記実施例1と同様に行うが、絹雲母組成物700g、PVC1kg、発泡剤60gを用いた。これにより作製された機能性弾性材を図5(右側)及び図7に示した。
前記実施例1と同様に行うが、絹雲母組成物1kg、PVC1kg、発泡剤30gを用いた。これにより作製された機能性弾性材を図8に示した。
前記実施例で製造された機能性弾性内蔵材と、一般に市販中のシルク壁紙について、陰イオン発生量測定実験を行った。
前記実施例で製造された機能性弾性内蔵材と絹雲母原石について陰イオン発生量測定実験を行った。
前記実施例により製造された弾性内蔵材について、韓国消防検定公社に依頼し、防炎実験を行った。防炎実験は、防炎実験方法であるKOFEIS 1001により行い、3回にわたった試験結果を、以下の表3に示した。
Claims (13)
- 発泡性合成樹脂100重量部、絹雲母粉末50〜100重量部、可塑剤70〜85重量部、発泡剤2〜7重量部、増粘剤0.01〜1重量部、安定剤2〜4重量部、及び色素3〜7重量部からなる機能性弾性内蔵材。
- 前記発泡性合成樹脂が、PVC、EVA、PUからなる群から選ばれたいずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性弾性内蔵材。
- 前記発泡性合成樹脂が、PE‐1311 60重量部と、LP‐090 40重量部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性弾性内蔵材。
- 前記発泡性合成樹脂が、LP‐170 85重量部と、LB‐110 15重量部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性弾性内蔵材。
- 前記可塑剤が、DINPまたは低環境負荷可塑剤GL‐300であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性弾性内蔵材。
- 織物と、前記織物に発泡処理された状態で設けられ、発泡性合成樹脂と絹雲母組成物を混合して構成された混合物とを含む機能性弾性内蔵材。
- 前記織物が、10〜200デニール厚さの糸で構成された織物であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の機能性弾性内蔵材。
- 発泡性合成樹脂と絹雲母組成物を混合して混合物を生成する段階と、
前記混合物を織物に塗布する段階と、
前記織物に塗布された混合物を加熱して発泡させる段階と、を含む機能性弾性内蔵材の製造方法。 - 前記発泡性合成樹脂が、PVC、EVA、PUからなる群から選ばれたいずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の機能性弾性内蔵材の製造方法。
- 前記発泡性合成樹脂100重量部と、前記絹雲母組成物50〜100重量部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の機能性弾性内蔵材の製造方法。
- 前記織物が、10〜200デニール厚さの糸で構成された織物であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の機能性弾性内蔵材の製造方法。
- 前記織物が、PE、アクリル樹脂、PVCからなる群から選ばれたいずれか一つで構成されたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の機能性弾性内蔵材の製造方法。
- 前記加熱が、150〜300℃の温度範囲で、1000〜2000RPMの回転速度の条件で行われることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の機能性弾性内蔵材の製造方法。
