Abstract
【解決手段】複数の電池4が整列されてなる電池集合体40と、電池集合体の電極41,42同士を連結してそれぞれ接続する複数のバスバー1を収容するバスバー収容部61が複数連結されてなるバスバーモジュール6と、各電池の電圧を検出する電圧検出端子に一側が接続されて電池の整列方向に伸長する電圧検出線と、電池集合体の一側に設けられた排煙ダクト3と、排煙ダクト上に設けられて電圧検出線の他側が接続される制御基板2を備え、排煙ダクトは、制御基板が設けられる箇所が他の箇所に比べて低背かつ幅広の扁平形状をなした構成とする。

Claims (5)
- 複数の電池が整列されてなる電池集合体と、
前記電池集合体の電極同士を連結してそれぞれ接続する複数のバスバーを収容するバスバー収容部が複数連結されてなるバスバーモジュールと、
前記各電池の電圧を検出する電圧検出端子に一側が接続されて電池の整列方向に伸長する電圧検出線と、
前記電池集合体の一側に設けられた排煙ダクトと、
前記排煙ダクト上に設けられて前記電圧検出線の他側が接続される制御基板を備え、
前記排煙ダクトは、前記制御基板が設けられる箇所が他の箇所に比べて低背かつ幅広の扁平形状をなしていることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 前記排煙ダクトは、前記電池より排出されるガスの排出路をなす樋状のベース部と、前記ベース部を覆うカバー部を有し、
前記制御基板は、前記カバー部の一部もしくは全部として前記ベース部に対して着脱可能に形成されてなる取付部材に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電源装置。 - 前記バスバーモジュールには、前記電圧検出線を収容する電圧検出線収容溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電源装置。
- 前記バスバーモジュールは、前記排煙ダクトに着脱可能に組み付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電源装置。
- 前記取付部材は、前記ベース部を覆う蓋部と、前記蓋部と前記ベース部の間に挟まれて保持される台座部を有し、
前記制御基板は、前記蓋部と前記台座部の少なくとも一方に着脱可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれかに記載の電源装置。
