Claims (4)
- 各電極が直線上に並ぶように配列された複数の電池のうち隣接する電池の電極同士を接続することでこれら複数の電池を直列に接続する複数のバスバと、
前記各バスバに接続される端子と、
前記複数のバスバ及び前記複数の端子を収容するケースと、
前記電池に装着される電子部品と、を備えたバスバモジュールであって、
前記ケースは、
前記複数の電池の配列方向に沿って設けられて、これら各バスバ及び各端子を収容する複数の収容部と、
前記複数の収容部に並設して設けられ、前記端子に接続される第1電線を前記配列方向に沿って配索させる配索部と、を備え、
前記電子部品は、前記収容部を挟んだ前記配索部の反対側に設けられ、
前記電子部品に接続される第2電線は、その一端部が前記電子部品に接続され、前記電子部品から離隔した他端側が前記配索部に配索されていることを特徴とするバスバモジュール。 - 前記ケースは、前記配索部及び前記収容部の開口を覆うカバーを備え、
前記カバーは、前記配索部の開口の周縁に回動自在に連結されているとともに、前記電子部品が固定され、
前記カバーが回動されることにより、前記配索部及び前記収容部の開口が覆われるとともに、前記電子部品が前記電池に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバスバモジュール。 - 前記配索部は、前記収容部よりも前記配列方向に交差する方向の外側に設けられ、
前記電子部品としての温度センサが装着される位置は、前記収容部よりも前記配列方向に交差する方向の内側に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のバスバモジュール。 - 正極及び負極が交互に逆向きに重ね合わされた複数の電池から構成された電池集合体と、
請求項1乃至請求項3のうちいずれか一項に記載されたバスバモジュールと、を備えたことを特徴とする電源装置。
