Description
図1〜図6は本発明の第1実施形態を示す。図1及び図2に示すように、電源装置Aは、積層された複数(12個)の電池セル2,3から成る電池集合体1と、この電池集合体1の両側に配置された一対の絶縁ブロック体10,20と、電圧電出用電線である2本のフラットケーブル30A,30Bとを備えている。
図7及び図8は、本発明の第2実施形態を示す。この第2実施形態では、電圧検出用電電であるフラットケーブル30Aは、接続部である端子32を介して一対の電極2b,3bに直接接続されている。以下、説明する。
前記各実施形態の変形例としては、次の構成が考えられる。絶縁ブロック体10,20が電池集合体1に設置される前の状態では、隣り合う電池セル2,3の一対の電極2b,3b間が間隔を空けた状態とする。絶縁ブロック体10,20の絶縁ケース本体11,21には、各電極挿入孔13に挿入された一対の電極2b,3bの間隔を狭める方向に規制する電極ガイド部を設ける。

Claims (3)
- 積層された複数の電池セルを有し、隣り合う前記電池セルの互いの電極同士が対向して配置された電池集合体と、
前記電池集合体の前記電極が突出された側に配置され、電圧検出用電線が配策されると共にその接続部を保持する絶縁ブロック体とを備え、
隣り合う前記電池セルの対向配置された一対の電極間に前記電圧検出用電線の分岐線が挟持されて直接接続されたことを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電源装置であって、
前記電圧検出用電線の分岐線は、前記電圧検出用電線の導体自体であることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の電源装置であって、
前記電圧検出用電線としてフラットケーブルを用い、その分岐ケーブル部の導体を前記分岐線としたことを特徴とする電源装置。
