Abstract
Description
プログラムメモリ45は、この実施形態に係わる処理機能に必要な命令を含むプログラムとしての、DR受付プログラム101p、監視プログラム102p、DR定式化プログラム103p、取得プログラム104p、スケジューリングプログラム105p、予測プログラム106p、気象データ受信プログラム107p、送信プログラム108p、承認プログラム109pおよび判定プログラム110pを記憶する。これらのプログラムはCD−ROMなどのリムーバブルメディア(記録媒体)に記録することも、通信回線(クラウド9を含む)を介してダウンロードすることも可能である。
予測部106は、ビル1における例えば30分ごとの電力需要(電力デマンド)、および熱需要(熱デマンド)を予測する。予測の対象になるこれらの値をエネルギーデマンドと総称する。予測部106による予測処理は定期的なルーチンのほか、監視部102からトリガを与えられることによっても実施される。
Claims (11)
- 電気機器の設置される建物におけるエネルギーデマンドの予測値を計算する予測部と、
前記予測値に基づいて前記電気機器の運転スケジュールを作成するスケジューラと、
前記エネルギーデマンドの実績値を取得する取得部と、
前記予測値と前記実績値との誤差を監視する監視部と、
指定期間におけるエネルギー消費の抑制を促す情報を含むデマンドレスポンス信号を受信する受信部と、
前記デマンドレスポンス信号に関連する閾値を設定するための設定部とを具備し、
前記予測部は、前記誤差が前記閾値以上になれば前記予測値を再計算し、
前記スケジューラは、前記再計算された予測値に基づいて前記運転スケジュールを再作成する、エネルギー管理サーバ。 - 前記閾値は、時間に対して可変設定される、請求項1に記載のエネルギー管理サーバ。
- 前記閾値は、前記指定期間において他の期間よりも低く設定される、請求項1に記載のエネルギー管理サーバ。
- さらに、電力デマンドおよび受電量のいずれかを前記エネルギーデマンドとして選択する選択部を具備する、請求項1に記載のエネルギー管理サーバ。
- さらに、前記デマンドレスポンス信号への対応の可否を判定する判定部を具備する、請求項1に記載のエネルギー管理サーバ。
- 電気機器の設置される建物のエネルギーを管理するサーバに適用可能なエネルギー管理方法であって、
前記サーバが、
前記建物におけるエネルギーデマンドの予測値を計算し、
前記予測値に基づいて前記電気機器の運転スケジュールを作成し、
前記エネルギーデマンドの実績値を取得し、
前記予測値と前記実績値との誤差を監視し、
前記予測することは、前記誤差が、指定期間におけるエネルギー消費の抑制を促す情報を含むデマンドレスポンス信号に関連して設定される閾値以上になれば前記予測値を再計算し、
前記作成することは、前記再計算された予測値に基づいて前記運転スケジュールを再作成する、エネルギー管理方法。 - 前記閾値は、時間に対して可変設定される、請求項6に記載のエネルギー管理方法。
- 前記閾値は、前記指定期間において他の期間よりも低く設定される、請求項6に記載のエネルギー管理方法。
- 前記サーバは、さらに、電力デマンドおよび受電量のいずれかを前記エネルギーデマンドとして選択する、請求項6に記載のエネルギー管理方法。
- 前記サーバは、さらに、前記デマンドレスポンス信号への対応の可否を判定する、請求項6に記載のエネルギー管理方法。
- 請求項6乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の方法をコンピュータに実行させるための命令を含む、プログラム。
