Abstract
【解決手段】ヒートポンプサイクル10によって加熱された給湯水を貯留する貯湯タンク20と、貯湯タンク20に貯湯された給湯水を熱源として換気熱交換器34から流出した給気を加熱する高温側ヒータコア35と、換気熱交換器34から流出した排気をヒートポンプサイクル10の蒸発器14へ導くダクト36と、この蒸発器14の除霜を行う必要があるか否かを判定する除霜要否判定手段とを備え、蒸発器14の除霜を行う必要があると判定され、かつ、貯湯タンク20に貯湯された給湯水の熱量が基準熱量以上となっている際には、ヒートポンプサイクル10の圧縮機11の作動を停止させる。

Description
吐出能力制御手段は、除霜要否判定手段(S3)によって蒸発器(14)の除霜を行う必要があると判定され、かつ、熱量検出手段(42)によって検出された熱量(Qt)が予め定めた基準熱量(KQt)以上となっている際には、圧縮機(11)の冷媒吐出能力を低下させる暖房システムを特徴としている。
以下、図1を用いて、本発明の第1実施形態を説明する。本実施形態の暖房システム1は、住宅用家屋に適用されており、リビング、キッチン、寝室等の各室内(暖房対象空間)の暖房を行うものである。さらに、この住宅用家屋は、いわゆる高気密住宅と呼ばれる気密性の高い家屋であって、定常的な換気が必要とされる。
本実施形態では、第1実施形態に対して、図3の全体構成図に示すように、ダクト36に、通風路切替弁40を設けた例を説明する。この通風路切替弁40は、給気加熱ユニット30の排気通風路32から流出した排気(すなわち、換気熱交換器34から流出した排気)を蒸発器14側へ導くことなく室外へ放出させる放出手段である。
本実施形態では、第1実施形態に対して、図4の全体構成図に示すように、第2水循環回路37に、低温側ヒータコア44、バイパス通路45、および三方式の流量調整弁46を追加した例を説明する。
本発明は上述の実施形態に限定されることなく、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲内で、以下のように種々変形可能である。

- 冷媒を圧縮して吐出する圧縮機(11)、前記圧縮機(11)から吐出された冷媒と熱媒体とを熱交換させて熱媒体を加熱する熱媒体−冷媒熱交換器(12)、前記熱媒体−冷媒熱交換器(12)から流出した冷媒を減圧させる減圧手段(13)、および前記減圧手段(13)にて減圧された冷媒を蒸発させる蒸発器(14)を有するヒートポンプサイクル(10)と、
前記熱媒体−冷媒熱交換器(12)にて加熱された熱媒体を貯留する熱媒体タンク(20)と、
暖房対象空間から室外へ排出される排気と室外から暖房対象空間へ取り入れられる給気とを熱交換させる換気熱交換器(34)と、
前記熱媒体タンク(20)に貯留された熱媒体を熱源として、前記換気熱交換器(34)から流出した前記給気を加熱する高温側ヒータコア(35)と、
前記換気熱交換器(34)から流出した前記排気を前記蒸発器(14)側へ導く通風路を形成する通風路形成部材(36)と、
前記熱媒体タンク(20)に貯留された熱媒体の熱量(Qt)を検出する熱量検出手段(42)と、
前記圧縮機(11)の作動を制御する吐出能力制御手段と、
前記蒸発器(14)の除霜を行う必要があるか否かを判定する除霜要否判定手段(S3)とを備え、
前記吐出能力制御手段は、前記除霜要否判定手段(S3)によって前記蒸発器(14)の除霜を行う必要があると判定され、かつ、前記熱量検出手段(42)によって検出された熱量(Qt)が予め定めた基準熱量(KQt)以上となっている際には、前記圧縮機(11)の冷媒吐出能力を低下させることを特徴とする暖房システム。 - さらに、前記減圧手段(13)の作動を制御する絞り開度制御手段を備え、
前記絞り開度制御手段は、前記除霜要否判定手段(S3)によって前記蒸発器(14)の除霜を行う必要があると判定され、かつ、前記熱量検出手段(42)によって検出された熱量(Qt)が前記基準熱量(KQt)より低くなっている際には、前記減圧手段(13)の絞り開度を増加させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の暖房システム。 - さらに、前記換気熱交換器(34)から流出した前記排気の温度を検出する排気温度検出手段(43)を備え、
前記通風路形成部材(36)には、前記換気熱交換器(34)から流出した前記排気を前記蒸発器(14)側へ導くことなく室外へ放出する放出手段(40)が設けられており、
前記放出手段(40)は、前記排気の温度(Texo)が予め定めた基準排気温度(KTexo)よりも低くなっている際には、前記換気熱交換器(34)から流出した前記排気を室外へ放出することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の暖房システム。 - さらに、前記高温側ヒータコア(35)から流出した熱媒体を熱源として、前記換気熱交換器(34)へ流入する給気を加熱する低温側ヒータコア(44)と、
前記低温側ヒータコア(44)の加熱能力を調整する加熱能力調整手段(46)と、
前記加熱能力調整手段(46)の作動を制御する加熱能力制御手段と、
前記換気熱交換器(34)から流出した前記排気の温度を検出する排気温度検出手段(43)とを備え、
前記加熱能力制御手段は、前記除霜要否判定手段(S3)によって前記蒸発器(14)の除霜を行う必要があると判定され、かつ、前記排気の温度(Texo)が予め定めた基準排気温度(KTexo)よりも低くなっている際に、前記低温側ヒータコア(44)の加熱能力を増加させることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の暖房システム。
