Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、車両の荷台の高さを調整する荷台高さ調整システムであって、荷台を支持するエアースプリング14,15と、エアータンク11に接続され、エアーの供給及び排気によりエアースプリング14,15の高さを調整するバルブユニット10,12と、バルブユニット10,12に接続されたダンプ信号ライン1a及び復帰信号ライン1bを有するリレー1と、バルブユニット10,12からのエアーの供給の有無によってON状態とOFF状態とが切り換わる圧力スイッチ16と、圧力スイッチ16がON状態の場合に通電時点灯状態となり、圧力スイッチ16がOFF状態の場合に消灯状態となるインジケータ5と、を備える。

Description
この荷台高さ調整システムによれば、信号が入力されない間は開放状態又は閉鎖状態を保持するマグネチックバルブを採用し、マグネチックバルブの開閉によりダンプ状態と標準状態とを切り換えることにより、比較的簡素な構成で、荷物の積み下ろしの利便性向上を達成することができる。
この荷台高さ調整システムによれば、レベリングバルブの排気によりエアースプリングの高さをダンプ状態に調整することができるので、ダンプ状態専用の排気バルブを設ける場合と比べて、部品数を少なくすることができ、システム構成の簡素化及び低コスト化を図ることができる。
Claims (3)
- 車両の荷台の高さを調整する荷台高さ調整システムであって、
前記荷台を支持するエアースプリングと、
エアータンクに接続され、エアーの供給及び排気により前記エアースプリングの高さを調整するバルブユニットと、
前記バルブユニットに接続されたダンプ信号ライン及び復帰信号ラインを有するリレーと、
前記バルブユニットからのエアーの供給の有無によってON状態とOFF状態とが切り換わる圧力スイッチと、
前記圧力スイッチがON状態の場合に通電時点灯状態となり、前記圧力スイッチがOFF状態の場合に消灯状態となるインジケータと、
を備え、
前記バルブユニットは、前記ダンプ信号ラインの信号入力により前記エアースプリングの高さをダンプ状態に調整すると共に、前記復帰信号ラインの信号入力により前記エアースプリングの高さを標準状態に復帰させ、信号が入力されない間は前記ダンプ状態又は前記標準状態を保持することを特徴とする車両の荷台高さ調整システム。 - 前記バルブユニットは、
前記エアータンクに接続されたマグネチックバルブと、
前記マグネチックバルブの開放状態時に前記エアースプリング内のエアーを排気することで前記エアースプリングの高さを前記ダンプ状態に調整する排気バルブと、を有し、
前記マグネチックバルブは、前記ダンプ信号ライン及び前記復帰信号ラインに接続され、
前記ダンプ信号ラインの信号入力により開放状態に切り換わると共に、前記復帰信号ラインの信号入力により閉鎖状態に切り換わり、信号が入力されない間は前記開放状態又は前記閉鎖状態を保持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の荷台高さ調整システム。 - 前記排気バルブは、前記エアータンクに接続され、エアーの供給及び排気により前記エアースプリングの高さを調整するレベリングバルブであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両の荷台高さ調整システム。
