Abstract
【解決手段】ワイヤハーネス9は、複数の回路を同軸で一本にした高圧同軸複合導電路15と、この高圧同軸複合導電路15を収容する外装部材16とを含んで構成される。高圧同軸複合導電路15は、二系統の回路、三系統の回路、四系統の回路、…n系統の回路を同軸で一本にすることにより構成される。高圧同軸複合導電路15は、複数の回路うち外側の回路が金属管体にて形成される。金属管体は、外装部材16内で拡げられて拡管状態に形成される。そして、この拡管状態にて高圧同軸複合導電路15における外側の絶縁体の外面が外装部材16の内面に密着するように形成される。

Claims (9)
- 複数の回路と、該複数の回路を収容する管体形状の外装部材とを含むとともに、前記複数の回路のうち外側の回路を金属管体と絶縁体とを含んで構成し、さらに、前記金属管体を前記外装部材内で拡げる拡管状態にし、且つ、該拡管状態にて前記絶縁体の外面を前記外装部材の内面に密着させてなる
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。 - 請求項1に記載のワイヤハーネスにおいて、
前記外側の回路より内側の回路も、前記拡管状態可能な金属管体と、該金属管体の外面を覆う絶縁体とで構成する
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のワイヤハーネスにおいて、
前記金属管体に形成される中空部分を回路収容空間として用いる
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。 - 請求項3に記載のワイヤハーネスにおいて、
前記回路収容空間に残りの回路を前記金属管体と同軸に配置する
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。 - 請求項3に記載のワイヤハーネスにおいて、
前記回路収容空間に残りの回路としての電線、ケーブル又はシールド電線を挿通する
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。 - 請求項1、2、3、4又は5に記載のワイヤハーネスにおいて、
前記金属管体を含む回路を高圧回路とする
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。 - 請求項1、2、3、4、5又は6に記載のワイヤハーネスにおいて、
前記外装部材の端末から延出する長さに前記金属管体及び前記絶縁体を形成するとともに、前記金属管体の端末を露出させて電気接続部を形成する
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。 - 請求項1、2、3、4、5、6又は7に記載のワイヤハーネスにおいて、
前記外装部材を金属製とする
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。 - 請求項1、2、3、4、5、6又は7に記載のワイヤハーネスにおいて、
