Abstract
【解決手段】出力端子設置部7が設けられているバスバモジュール本体部3と、オスねじ部13と回り止め15とバッテリ係合部17とが設けられており、出力端子設置部に設置される出力端子5と、出力端子を出力端子設置部に係止する係止片23とを有し、出力端子のバッテリ係合部とねじとを用いてバッテリ集合体のバッテリの端子に出力端子を導通させるときに、回り止めが、ねじを回す工具が係止片にぶつかることを阻止するように構成されているバスバモジュール1である。

Claims (3)
- バッテリ集合体の各バッテリを直列接続するために、前記バッテリ集合体に設置されて使用されるバスバモジュールにおいて、
絶縁性の材料で構成され、出力端子設置部の一部が突出して設けられているバスバモジュール本体部と、
オスねじ部と、このオスねじ部に他の配線の端子を設置するときに前記他の配線の端子が回ることを防止する回り止めと、前記バッテリ集合体のバッテリの端子にねじを用いて係合し導通するようにするためのバッテリ係合部とが設けられており、前記出力端子設置部に設置される出力端子と、
前記出力端子設置部に設けられ、前記出力端子を前記出力端子設置部に設置するときに弾性変形し、前記出力端子を前記出力端子設置部に設置し終えたときに復元して、前記出力端子を前記出力端子設置部に係止する係止片と、
を有し、前記出力端子のバッテリ係合部とねじとを用いて前記バッテリ集合体のバッテリの端子に前記出力端子を導通させるときに、前記回り止めが、前記ねじを回す工具が前記係止片にぶつかることを阻止するように構成されていることを特徴とするバスバモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載のバスバモジュールにおいて、
前記バスバモジュール本体部は、基板部位と、基板部位の厚さ方向に突出している突出部とを備えて構成されており、端子設置部は、前記突出部とこの突出部近傍に存在する前記基板部位の一部とで構成されており、
前記出力端子は、板状の第1の部位とこの第1の部位に対して直交している板状の第2の部位と前記オスねじ部とを備えて構成されており、
前記第1の部位には、前記バッテリ係合部が設けられており、
前記第2の部位には、前記第1の部位側に突出している前記オスねじ部と、前記オスねじ部よりも低く前記第1の部位側に突出している前記回り止めとが設けられており、
前記出力端子設置部に前記出力端子を設置したときに、前記第2の部位が前記突出部に係合して前記突出部とともに突出し、前記第1の部位が、前記突出部近傍に存在する基板部位の一部に係合し、前記第1の部位の厚さ方向から見ると、前記バッテリ係合部近傍に前記回り止めが位置していることを特徴とするバスバモジュール。 - 請求項2に記載のバスバモジュールにおいて、
前記オスねじ部に他の配線の端子を設置するときに、前記基板部位によって、前記オスねじ部に螺号するねじを回す工具が前記係止片にぶつかることを阻止するように構成されていることを特徴とするバスバモジュール。
