Abstract
【解決手段】第1の表面20を有する第1の基板12と、第1の表面20と向き合う第2の表面30を有する第2の基板14を、第1の表面20および第2の表面30のうち少なくとも選択された1つの表面上にパターン化マイクロバンプ22、およびパターン化マイクロバンプ22よりも高い高さを有する少なくとも1つの間隔保持マイクロバンプ18を形成し、パターン化マイクロバンプ22に隣接した領域に、第1の表面20および第2の表面30のうち少なくとも選択された1つの表面に粘着剤16を塗布し、粘着剤16が第1の表面20および第2の表面30と接触するように、第1の表面20と第2の表面30を互いに近接して配置することによって、第1の基板12を第2の基板14に付着させる。粘着剤16は、パターン化マイクロバンプ22によって事前に選択された領域内に保持される。

Claims (5)
- 第1の表面を有する第1の基板と、
前記第1の表面と向き合う第2の表面を有する第2の基板と、
前記第1の表面と前記第2の表面の間に配置されて、前記第1の表面および前記第2の表面と接触する粘着剤と、
を備えた光学組立体であって、
前記基板内に膨張区域を形成するために、前記第1の表面および前記第2の表面のうち少なくとも選択された1つの表面を局所的に加熱し、前記膨張区域内の前記基板を変形することにより形成された、少なくとも1つのパターン化マイクロバンプを、前記第1の表面および前記第2の表面のうち少なくとも選択された1つの表面が含み、
前記第1の表面および前記第2の表面のうち少なくとも選択された1つの表面が、前記第1の基板を前記第2の基板に付着させるより前に、前記少なくとも1つの選択された表面上に形成された、前記少なくとも1つのパターン化マイクロバンプよりも高い高さを有する、少なくとも1つの間隔保持マイクロバンプを含み、
前記粘着剤が、前記少なくとも1つのパターン化マイクロバンプの少なくとも一部によって事前に選択された領域内に保持される、
光学組立体。 - 前記少なくとも1つのパターン化マイクロバンプが、前記粘着剤が配置される領域内に閉パターンを形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の光学組立体。
- 前記少なくとも1つのパターン化マイクロバンプが、前記粘着剤が配置される領域の外側に位置する貯留部を形成し、該貯留部は所定領域と流体連通され、これにより過剰量の粘着剤が前記所定領域と前記貯留部との間を移動可能とされていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光学組立体。
- 前記第1の基板および前記第2の基板のうち少なくとも選択された1つの基板が、局所的に加熱された際に局所的に膨張可能な光吸収性の材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光学組立体。
- 前記光吸収性の材料が、可視波長、近赤外波長および赤外波長のうちの少なくとも選択された1つの波長からなる光ビームが照射されると膨張することを特徴とする請求項4記載の光学組立体。
