Abstract
Description
通常は第1の波長で発光するように適合された少なくとも1つのLED、及び
前記第1の波長の光を受けるように構成され、及び前記第1の波長の光に少なくとも一部分を第2の波長へ変換するように適合される、波長変換部材を含み、
前記波長変換部材が、
(i)キャリアポリマー材料を含み、これは前記ポリマー主鎖に組み込まれた芳香族性基を含むポリエステルを含む材料であり、及び
(ii)次の一般式Iを持つ少なくとも1つの波長変換材料:
A、B、C、J及びQのそれぞれは独立して、水素、イソプロピル、t−ブチル、フッ素、メトキシ又は無置換アルキル基CnH2n+1でありnは1から16の整数であり;
G2、G3、及びG4のぞれぞれは独立して、水素、フッ素、メトキシ又は無置換アルキル基CnH2n+1でありnは1から16の整数であり、又はXであり;及び
D、E、I、L及びMのそれぞれは独立して、水素、フッ素、メトキシ又は無置換アルキル基CnH2n+1でありnは1から16の整数である。
A、B、C、J及びQのそれぞれは独立して、水素、イソプロピル、t−ブチル、フッ素、メトキシ又は無置換アルキル基CnH2n+1でありnは1から16の整数であり;
G2、G3、及びG4のぞれぞれは独立して、水素、フッ素、メトキシ又は無置換アルキル基CnH2n+1でありnは1から16の整数であり、又はXであり;及び
D、E、I、L及びMのそれぞれは独立して、水素、フッ素、メトキシ又は無置換アルキル基CnH2n+1でありnは1から16の整数である。
異なる有機フォスファー化合物の安定性(寿命)が異なる条件下で試験された。使用された化合物は次の化合物である。
Claims (15)
- 発光装置であり、前記発光装置は、
第1の波長の光を発光するように適合される光源、及び
前記第1の波長の光を受けるように構成され、前記第1の波長の光の少なくとも一部分を第2の波長の光へ変換するように適合された波長変換部材を含み、
前記波長変換部材が、(i)芳香族性基を主鎖に含むポリエステルを含むキャリアポリマー性材料、及び(ii)次の一般式Iを持つすくなくとも1つの波長変換材料:
A、B、C、J及びQのそれぞれは独立して、水素、イソプロピル、t−ブチル、フッ素、メトキシ又は無置換アルキル基CnH2n+1でありnは1から16の整数であり;
G2、G3、及びG4のぞれぞれは独立して、水素フッ素、メトキシ又はムチ感アルキル基CnH2n+1でありnは1から16の整数であり、又はXであり;及び
D、E、I、L及びMのそれぞれは独立して、水素、フッ素、メトキシ又は無置換アルキル基CnH2n+1でありnは1から16の整数である、を含む、発光装置。 - 請求項1に記載の発光装置である、前記G1がYである、発光装置。
- 請求項2に記載の発光装置であり、G2、G3、G4及びG5のそれぞれがXのであり、Aの及びCのそれぞれがイソプロピルであり、及びB、J、Q、D、E、I、L及びMのそれぞれが水素である、発光装置。
- 請求項4に記載の発光装置であり、前記ポリマー性材料が、位置Aの及びBで前記基の全ての組合せを含む第1の繰り返し単位、及び位置A及びBで前記基の他の組合せ含む第2の繰り返し単位を含む、発光装置。
- 請求項1に記載の発光装置であり、前記ポリマー性材料がポリエチレンテレフタレート及び/又はそのコポリマー及び/又はポリエチレンナフタレート及び/又はそのコポリマーを含む、発光装置。
- 請求項1に記載の発光装置であり、前記ポリマー性材料が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)又はポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)、又は1、4−シクロヘキサンジメタノールから誘導されるその部分的又は完全なコポリマーを含む、発光装置。
- 請求項1に記載の発光装置であり、前記波長変換化合物が前記ポリマー性材料中に分散される、発光装置。
- 請求項8に記載の発光装置であり、前記ポリマー性材料が膜の形である、発光装置。
- 請求項8に記載の発光装置であり、前記波長変換部材の前記波長変換材料の含有量が、1重量%以下である、発光装置。
- 請求項1に記載の発光装置であり、前記波長変換部材が、前記光源から発光された光を第3の波長の光に変換するように適合された第2の波長変換材料を含む、発光装置。
- 請求項11に記載の波長変換であり、前記第2の波長変換材料が無機フォスファー材料である、発光装置。
- 請求項11に記載の発光装置であり、前記第2の波長変換材料が有機フォスファー材料である、発光装置。
- 請求項1に記載の発光装置であり、前記光源及び波長変換部材が、相互に空間的に離れて設けられる、発光装置。
- 請求項1に記載の発光装置であり、前記波長変換部材が、密閉キャビティ内に含まれ、前記キャビティ内の酸素濃度が、前記密閉キャビティ内の全容積に対して3%以下である、発光装置。
