Claims (11)
- ポンプケーシング(30)と、
駆動偏心器を収容するための偏心器開口(46)が設けられたポンプケーシング(30)の領域から出発してポンプケーシング(30)内に形成された有底穴(44)と、
偏心器開口(46)の領域から有底穴(44)に挿入され、偏心器開口(46)の領域から有底穴(44)に固定されたポンプシリンダ(32)と
を備える、特に車両ブレーキ装置のためのポンプ(10)。 - 前記有底穴(44)の底部(45)とポンプシリンダの底部との間に、出口弁(18)の構成部材(21;22)が配置されている、請求項1に記載のポンプ。
- 前記ポンプシリンダ(32)が、深絞り加工部材である、請求項1または2に記載のポンプ。
- 前記ポンプシリンダ(32)が、リング状壁(34)および底面(36)を備えるコップ形状に形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載のポンプ。
- ポンプシリンダ(32)に、前記偏心器開口(46)の領域に向いたリング状ディスク(39)が形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載のポンプ。
- 前記ポンプシリンダ(32)が、ポンプシリンダ(32)内で摺動可能なポンプピストン(16)を軸線方向にガイドするために前記有底穴(44)に挿入されたガイドリング(50)によって固定されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載のポンプ。
- 特に車両ブレーキ装置のためのポンプ(10)を製造する方法において、次のステップ:
ポンプケーシング(30)を準備するステップと、
駆動偏心器を収容するための偏心器開口(46)が設けられたポンプケーシング(30)の領域から出発してポンプケーシング(30)内に有底穴(44)を形成するステップと、
偏心器開口(46)の領域から有底穴(44)にポンプシリンダ(32)を挿入するステップと、
偏心器開口(46)の領域から有底穴(44)にポンプシリンダ(32)を固定するステップと
を設ける、特に車両ブレーキ装置のためのポンプ(10)を製造する方法。 - 前記有底穴(44)に前記ポンプシリンダ(32)を挿入するステップの前に出口弁(18)の構成部材を有底穴(44)に配置するステップを設ける、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 深絞り加工によって前記ポンプシリンダ(32)を形成するステップを設ける、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 特に時間的に前記ポンプシリンダ(32)を深絞り加工するステップの前に、前記ポンプシリンダ(32)に少なくとも1つの開口(38;40)を形成するステップを設ける、請求項7から9までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 既に形成されている偏心器開口(46)を通って形成された穴によって有底穴(44)を形成するステップを設ける、請求項7から10までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
