Claims (3)
- モータジェネレータに接続された高圧蓄電部であって、複数の電池セルが連結された組電池で構成されており、前記組電池の電池セル間には隙間が設けられている、該高圧蓄電部と、
前記高圧蓄電部より電圧が低い低圧蓄電部が接続される経路と、前記高圧蓄電部が接続される経路との間に設けられたDC−DCコンバータと、
前記高圧蓄電部と前記DC−DCコンバータを、同じ冷却媒体で冷却する冷却機構であって、前記組電池の複数の前記隙間に直交する一方の面に設けられる冷却媒体の供給路と、その反対の面に設けられる、前記供給路から前記複数の隙間に送り込まれた冷却媒体を回収する排出路と、前記排出路から前記DC−DCコンバータに冷却媒体を送り出す連結路と、を有している、該冷却機構と、
前記高圧蓄電部を管理制御する制御装置であって、前記高圧蓄電部のそれぞれの電池セルの電圧を検出するICと、前記DC−DCコンバータを制御する制御信号を生成する処理部と、を含んでいる、該制御装置と、
を備え、
前記DC−DCコンバータは、前記組電池の前記排出路が設けられる面の側に配置されると共に、前記DC−DCコンバータと前記排出路の間に、前記排出路を区画する壁面が位置しており、
前記制御装置は、前記組電池の前記供給路が設けられる面の側に配置されることを特徴とすることを特徴とする車両用電源システム。 - 前記低圧蓄電部は、代表電圧2.0Vの鉛電池セルが6個直列接続されて構成され、
前記高圧蓄電部は、代表電圧3.6〜3.7Vのリチウムイオン電池セルが12個直列接続されて構成され、使用電圧範囲が24.0〜51.6Vに設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用電源システム。 - 前記低圧蓄電部は、代表電圧2.0Vの鉛電池セルが6個直列接続されて構成され、
前記高圧蓄電部は、代表電圧3.6〜3.7Vのリチウムイオン電池セルが13個直列接続されて構成され、使用電圧範囲が26.0〜55.9Vに設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用電源システム。
